Description of Work: We were in need of a secondary refridgerator for the garage. We didn't want to spend a lot of money, so my husband recommended we get a refurbished one. I went online, found KC Surplus Sales Outlet. After checking them out on Angie's List, we stopped by. Everyone (especially Natalie and David) was incredibly helpful. We will look to them for other needs in the future.

Description of Work: We have made several appliance and furniture purchases with these great people and have had nothing but great things to say about their staff or prices. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best price, quality, and service. We have used them for appliance repairs as well and they did a fantastic job with that too. We have sent many friends and neighbors down to see them and they have always had the same great things to say about them that we do. Don't waste your time shopping around other places for surplus furniture or appliances. These guys shop the competition so you don't have to.

Description of Work: I seen an ad on craigslist for used appliances, so I called to inquire about a washer dryer set. The lady who I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable about the products she had. So I went down to the business. I was shocked when I walked through the door, but more surprised by the large selection to choose from. The building just goes on and on. After a long walk to the back I found the set I liked. Then, a floor guy helped me out, he got the information on the washer and dry set called it up to the front counter. By the time I went to the front to pay for it the guy already had my appliances by the loading dock. I pulled around and the guy put it in my truck for me.
