+ -1 moreMr. Snider was able to pin down the problem over the phone. He told me he considered the problem a minor one and even advised me how to repair the problem if I wanted to avoid a service charge. He only charged me for what a service charge would be. He also looked at other plumbing issues without additional charge. I consider him honest and fair minded. I would definition hire him again.
