 + -1 moreWe have been on a service contract for 5 years when came time to renew price had been escalated. Let Service rep know that I wanted to check around and see what my options were. Called and spoke to lady at the office letting her know that I had a contract that we had not renewed and that i was ready to renew. Was told she would get back to me in an hour to renew because she was unaware of how to renew. I called her back and asked if I could set up an appointment to do spring tune up and just have them renew the contract at that point. She said she would call me back that monday so that we could set up the appointment. I never received a call back so we went with another choice. Trying to get an appointment with the company was never easy and they would always either call me to rechedule or not show up at all. Nothing ever happened as promised when dealing with the office clerk.
