Brad contacted us the same day after we left a voice message on his phone. We set up a time for him to come out and inspect our roof. After inspecting the roof, Brad suggested that we contact our insurance company to see if they would pay any on the replacement of our roof. Brad completed the insurance claim form on line before he left and said we should hear from them within a few days. We were told that his partner, Andrew would be here when the adjuster came out and would work with him in getting the claim approved. We were certain that our insurance company would not be willing to pay any on the roof replacement from our past experience with claims. Andrew was here to meet with the adjuster when he came out and after the inspection the adjuster called us and told us they would be paying for the roof replacement as well as the replacement of the guttering on the house. We were TOTALLY shocked, surprised, and thankful. We had 3 other large roofing companies come out to give us estimates for the roof replacement and none of the three suggested we had hail damage and none of the three suggested we contact our insurance company to see if any of the replacement would be covered. It if had not been for Brad and Andrew's work we would have incurred a bill for over $12,000 in place of the $1,800 cost we paid. This was just the start of our VERY POSITIVE experience with Xtreme Xteriors. The work was scheduled and the crew came out and began the work. Our windows were covered and the landscaping around the house was protected. I was allowed to be on the roof while the work was being done and any questions or concerns I had were addressed. Andrew was on site while the work was done and the work was all completed in one day with the exception of the installation of the new roof vents that was completed the next day.. The area around the house was cleaned up and you wouldn't have known they were here and there was considerable roofing material on the ground that resulted from the cedar shingles being removed. Andrew was out again once the project was completed to be certain everything was cleaned up and that the work met with his and our approval. The fascia was wrapped and the new guttering was installed a few days later due to weather issues that were out of Extreme Xteriors control. I am more than satisfied with Brand and Andrew's work. My phone calls and texts were responded to in a very reasonable time. My questions were answered and they went out of their way to be certain I knew what was going to be done and then followed through to be certain it was done. The roof looks great and the fascia and guttering are such a great improvement, more than we expected. The personal touch that Brad and Andrew brought to their work was exceptional. They make you feel they are more like family than a contractor hired to do a job. They approached the work like the house was theirs and they wanted it taken care of like they were the home owner. I can't say enough positive about my experience with Extreme Exteriors. I am certain had they not done the work with the insurance company, we would not have gotten the claim approved. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them for any project they would be willing to undertake. What a positive experience!!!!

These guys were realistic and reasonable and answered all my questions. They let me know when materials would be delivered and notified me when the team would be coming to install the roof. They completed the job in a timely fashion and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done.

They were very responsive. When checking the loose shingles they found a problem with the previous roofer that they had failed to do. They explained this to me and then proceded to repair the shingles to the best of their ability, but explained that this might not be a lasting solution. They cleaned the gutters and even cleaned the leaves from my garage. They were friendly and professional.

They were good. I wasn't here at that time but they kept in good contact with me and it was fine. They did a nice job.

He did arrive on time to the appointment. The man came and inspected the roof. He found that the problem I had with the roof was not part of his expertise. He was very honest and explained that he could not do the work.

He called to make the initial contact. Followed up with a notifying call to alert me that he was on the way. Spent the time on the roof making sure it was ready for winter. He was prompt and did what he said he was going to do.

I had started in June looking at roofing contractors and utilized Angies List to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. I love to read all the reviews to make an imformed decision. I had already had three highly rated companies come out and look the roof over and give me an estimate and all three companies were professional and did that, however I asked them about talking to my insurance company about covering the expense since we had had some wind storms and hail during the end of May and I felt there was a possablity some of the damage was from that storm. The other three companies declined and felt it would be a waste of time. Thank God I got a hold of Brad and Andrew, they had a much better approach when it came to dealing with insurance adjusters and felt that my roof had a strong possablitly of being covered. They were well informed about alot of things that adjusters look at and I have no idea what storm damage woudl look like, other than shingles that came off the roof and some of the wearing on the roof. they almose seem like the experts when it comes to worknig with insurance companies. They came out the day my adjuster came and took care of everything for me. I didn't have to miss any work and after that meeting on the roof pointing out everything, my adjuster called me and informed me that I would be getting a new roof do to hail and wind damage. I was very happy. I had to wait a couple of weeks for all the documentation and paperwork to get processed and for the roofers to be freed up but they came and started at 7 am on a Tuesday and at 7pm they were finishing the clean up and hauling all that old nasty roofing material away. We have trhee dogs and the wife was concerned about metal, or nails being in the yard, but I will say that it's been almost a month and we haven't found anything that came off the roof in our yard. The crew did a super job of all phases of the roofing project and we are just tickled pink over how nice it all turned out. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a top notch job done in a professional way for the right price and always watching out for your needs and concerns.

They made a few repairs and did an overall evaluation. They were fine. Some people would never give anybody an 'A' for anything but I had no problems so I would give them an 'A'. It was a great deal, they should keep those coming because I got an old house. They were here when they said and it can't get better than that.

My overall experience was good. I was contacted immediately after my purchase and the contractor came by the same day. Due to the pitch and area of my roof, additional costs would be incurred. I do not wish to pay any additional amount at this time. This experience will not prevent me from taking advantage of other Big Deals. I will try to get more information up front next time before making the purchase.

Brad was on time for our initial appointment which was an Angie's List Big Deal. He looked over the roof, we discussed at length condition and what needed to be done. Gave me lots of quality feed back. At the time, he caulked some areas and nailed down some shingles on the roof. He is coming back to blow out the gutters. His crew came back a few weeks later to add some air vents to the roof, replaced some missing shingles and repaired a patch of the roof that was coming away from the joists. He is very professional, always responded immediately to calls, definitely would use him again.

Inspected roof and gutters. Caulked popping nails and flashings. Touched up paint on flashings.

They were professional, on time and easy to deal with. They also gave us some recommendations on a new gutter system after we asked some questions about our existing gutters.

It went well. I had to call them back as I found another place where the Racoons had damaged the roof, they came back and repaired that too without charging anything additional. i'm hard to please, but they did make me happy.

Good job. Arrived on time, blew out the cutters & collected the debris. I showed him an area that appeared to be causing a leak and he repaired it free of charge!!! Here and gone in about 1 hour.

He was very considerate, stayed in touch, made recommendations and was very helpful and professional.

It turned out great! Originally, I had called them to come out and look at a leak that I had on my roof and so they even started doing a repair on that. They actually went around and did a full inspection of the roof first and found other things that were wrong with it. So that was really good! Then they explained everything thoroughly and then went about working on trying to repair the leak and speak with me about how to go about essentially filing an insurance claim. They were extremely quick but it was actually my schedule that kept changing and so that's why it took them long to come out.

A new roof was already in my near future, and then the Angie's List deal from Xtreme Xteriors appeared. . . and so I checked out their reviews and their work history (which is essentially blemish-free!). I purchased the deal, and immediately contacted Brad, who responded very quickly (and professionally). We made an appointment for him to look at repairs and make an assessment of the entire roof. He arrived as he said he would (and I was a little late), and as soon as he got out of his truck with a friendly greeting, he began walking toward the house (after grabbing a ladder), evaluating the various stages of the job and what the old roof did not have that would have made it more efficient. He explained specifically what would be necessary for either addition, repair or replacement-- and what his company does-- and gave me both information and options--and samples. Brad is very personable, knows his business, and is extremely professional. So with the options, and no pressure to commit to a bigger project, he provided a great price on all the things that needed to be completed to make the roof return to its former glory. I scheduled some time with Brad and Andrew and their fabulous crew. I'm not sure the roof ever looked this good. The job went well-- in fact, it's fantastic. There are no more weak spots, nor crumbling shingles. The color is great, and they even took care of a repair/ addition for a neighbor. Not only did the job go well, but it was fast! Within the course of a few hours, Andrew and Brad and their crew had the old gone and the new in place-- with a cleanup that was as good as it gets. They left little evidence of their presence, except for a lovely new roof. Fantastic company to work with-- thanks Brad and Andrew!

They were competitive with their prices and the guy that came out to give us the quote really seemed like he knew what he was doing. We just got along with him well. He was able to get out quickly. They were very professional. They were done in one day. To the layman it looks great.

it went very well. The two owners showed at the expected time, were very professional and helpful, and did what was expected. I would use them again.

Arrived at appointment time. Repaired two gutter downspouts, inspected all gutters and the roof. He did go on top of the house to inspect the roof. He reported that my roof and gutters were in good condition. The 2 gutter downspouts are now working properly. I would use this company again and will recommend the company to friends.

This was an Angie's List deal -- $79 for up to two hours of roof and gutter maintenance. I was contacted promptly after purchasing the deal to set up the appointment. They were ontime (even arrived early after first calling to confirm it would be OK). They sealed all the vents and everything that needed sealing on the roof. They also pounded in loose nails on the guttering, cleaned the gutters, and added a strap to one of the downspouts The work was completed quickly and efficiently, followed by a clear explanation of what had been done. Will definitely use this company again, and would recommend their services. Nothing but good things to say about Xtreme Xteriors!

Our neighborhood of about 80 homes was hit by a hail storm. Soon after, roofers were knocking on every door. "Broud", from "Xtreme Xteriors", approached us and asked if we would allow him to look for damage on our house. We are glad that we agreed to let him do it. He walked around the house looking at gutters, air conditioner, siding, and windows. Then he climbed a ladder to walk the roof. When he finished, he reported that we did have some damage, but it was "iffy" as to whether our insurance company would agree to our claim. Even so, he said he would help us file the claim and then he would be there to help the claims adjuster to not miss what he had found. We were not familiar with how roofers can become your "best friend" in a situation like this. So, we called other well known roofing companies to do the same thing that Broud had done. As we waited for the other companies to show up, Broud would stop by from time-to-time to see how our research was going. We are so glad that he did, because most of the other companies didn't see enough ground-level damage to even walk the roof to see if there was damage there. They certainly were not willing to waste time helping us file a claim. Broud patiently explained more than once how he would be our advocate with the insurance company. So, we finally understood what he had been trying to say. (I guess we have thick skulls.) The third time he stopped by we allowed him to call our insurance company and file the claim for us. When the claim adjuster arrived Broud was here waiting for her. He patiently escorted her all around the house pointing out small holes in the screens and dents in the gutters. Then he took her on a tour of the roof showing her every dent in every vent and every shingle. He even helped her see damage to the aluminum awning over our deck. Broud really did a great job helping us get our claim filed and approved. We were also impressed with the 2 owners of the company, Brad and Andrew. They were all very patient and polite. They kept every promise they made. They quickly followed up on every call we made to them. As for the crew that actually did the labor, they were craftsmen - very hard working. The weather was very hot this year, and while working on another house, one of them was overcome by the heat. When they worked on our house we kept them supplied with ice cold bottled water. They stayed after dark until the job was done. In the end, we received a new roof, all new gutters, new screens, new awning, and even fixed 2 leaks inside the house! The shingles were the best that money could buy and the gutters were 5-inch instead of the 4-inch we had before. "Xtreme Xteriors" used an even better grade of shingles than what was allowed by our insurance company. Broud told us before hand that we would be able to see the difference from the ground. He was right. Our home owner?s association rules require that all roofs must be the same color. "Xtreme Xteriors" had made sure they followed those rules, but their grade of materials was better and their techniques and attention to detail makes their work stand out from others. In conclusion, "Xtreme Xteriors" proved to us that they would work to get our claim approved, and then they would work to make sure our roof will not wear out while we are still living here.

The service and technicians were exemplary. They were on time and made a complete assessment prior to the beginning of work. There was a clear explanation of the work that needed to be done with complete detail of why the work was necessary. I would definitely recommend this company.

they were at my home within 30 min to give estement. offered suggestons. an came when the rains stopped long enough for them to work. an did excellent job on repairs. they got there preferred turtles vents. an I liked them, as I said I had a lot wind here. an I don't want to worry about em flying off. they were reasonable an quick an very effective. I would highly recommend em.
