Went very well. Work was done as scheduled, great communication, performed all services that they provided, or had sub-contractors complete with great quality in a timely manner.

I needed to coordinate the work performed by Xtreme Xteriors with a painting contractor. Xtreme worked with me and adjusted their work to accommodate the painter's "fluid" schedule. I was impressed and very grateful for their flexibility. Going into this process I was really concerned that it would be a nightmare. It wasn't! Brad and his team came through and made it all work. Special thanks to Shane for putting up with all my phone calls. All the work was completed on time and on budget and they cleaned up the mess. The guys on the crews were nice and respectful. The roof, gutters and downspouts look great. I won't hesitate to call Xtreme Xteriors again. They've earned my future business.

I'd give them "A's" across the board and I'd use them again. They worked around us as we were going on vacation, that was one of the main things I liked.

I chose Xtreme Xteriors, because they personally came out and walked me through some stuff. They did an excellent job, an excellent job cleaning up. They showed me where stuff was going to be. There was one thing that happened to the lawn, their compressor was gasoline and cause the lawn to turn yellow in a few area. I believe if the grass dies they will replace it. They did a really good job cleaning up after themselves. It look beautiful. They were eager to answer any questions I asked.

I had hired someone to have some gutters replaced, but they didn't do it. I just got charged for it. We talked, but it didn't do any good.We lost contact. The price wasn't that bad if they would have done the work like it should have been. It was just a bad experience. It started out okay, but it just got bad as it went down. They took longer to completed it. The work wasn't up to my expectations. I couldn't get them to redo it and replace the gutters like they said. They just kind of patched them up. It's a mess.

I knew we had three layers of roof (the bottom was wood with the top two composite). While my roof didn't leak, it wasn't in great shape and my family was considering moving. I requested quotes from 12 roofers. I received quotes from 4, and Xtreme was the 5th to look at my home. They were the first and only contractor to notice the hail damage on my roof. They explained the option of submitting a claim to my insurance, and then met with my adjuster at our house. Needless to say, I cancelled my remaining 7 appointments. They tore off all three layers, installed new sheathing, roofing, and installed new gutters and downspouts. Three weeks from the date I contacted Xtreme, they had completed their work 100% and my claim was closed and paid by insurance, and Xtreme provided me with warranty paperwork for my records. It was a very smooth process and they were very professional. Andrew and Brad answered all my questions through the process, and I ask a lot of questions. They always answered their phones, texted me back immediately, and even showed up on a Saturday to sign paperwork because it worked best with my work schedule. I have zero complaints and have recommended them to my friends more times than I can count in the last two months, and one just got his roof replaced by Xtreme with a similar experience to mine.

Never showed up to make repairs to poorly installed down spout. Very poor customer service.

They did an awesome job replacing my roof and gutters. The crew was on time, professional, and courteous. They also went above and beyond working with my insurance company to get my claim filed. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Brad worked through the details of the numbers and making us feel comfortable with our selected materials. I received a call back within one day. Brad came over to the house within a couple of days to check out the roof. He showed me photos of the places where repair was needed and provided an estimate. Within the next week his crew was on the roof. After the repairs were completed, Brad sent me photos showing the repairs. Couldn't be happier. It was a great experience!

They gave a fair estimate, actually the best bid I got. The roof was VERY old and had 4 layers. I needed to put the house on the market promptly and the roof was holding us back. They were able to schedule service within a week of the bid, the work only took about a day and a half. They cleaned everything up and I never found one nail on the ground. After I noticed some of the nails had come through underneath the eave and chipped away at the old paint, they were willing to come back out and touch up the paint with paint I had left for them. This saved me a lot of trouble and expense! We chose a nice greenish brown composite shingle with a lifetime warranty and I was promised a transferable warranty on that and the labor to any new owners. Well, After only a few weeks on the market we have a contract for a decent amount that I never would have gotten without the great new roof! Thanks Brad and Andrew!

Very smooth. I was pleased with the customer service. It looks good and they were here a very limited number of hours and had sufficient oversight. It would be my hunch that was a good price.

Working with Brad and Andrew was great and easy-going. They answered all my questions along the way and were very attentive when I called them, ensuring they called me back promptly when I had any issues. They went above and beyond any other contractors would have done or quoted me for, which I appreciated. They worked with me on replacing the sheathing and furnace flue which was all rusted out and caused the water damage to the sheathing originally. They also replaced all the gutters and enlarged the downspouts and I no longer have a huge puddle of water by my rear sliding door to the backyard! Everything looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the work.

He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. After a brief conversation including a review of what work would be done, he immediately donned safety gear and began working. I observed how careful and thorough he went about his work. Afterward, we walked around my home and all was in order. In fact, he went above and beyond in putting things in order. High marks for this company for being prompt, professional and very considerate. Would both recommend this company and use their service again without any reservation.

We had a great experience with Brad and Andrew. First, Andrew worked with our insurance adjuster to help us get the coverage for our hail damaged shake roof. Then we worked with Brad to select the type and color of shingles for our new roof. Brad spent a long time explaining the whole process to us, and answering all of our questions (and we had lots of questions). Work on our new roof was started on Aug 18, and the crew worked long hours, despite the heat. Cleanup was an ongoing process, and the crew did a great job considering challenging conditions. After the roof was completed, Andrew did a walk around to check out the work. Any minor issues were taken care of. The guttering and downspouts were completed a few days later. Throughout the whole process, both Brad and Andrew were accessible, very easy to work with, and were prompt to respond to any questions. They work hard to have happy customers. Now we have a great looking new roof, and we can highly recommend Xtreme Xteriors.

It was an excellent experience. The lady who scheduled the service for me was very accommodating. I was having surgery and coming home the day of the service, so she offered to email an invoice to me so I didn't have to worry about it. They were awesome! On time, good quality, fast, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company!

We were 100% satisfied with all services performed by Xtreme Xteriors. The work was done when promised and looks great. Brad and the crew were very professional. Clean up on was above expectations. Should I need another roof in the future, Xtreme Xteriors will be my first call.

It went well. We had an Angie's List deal for a new roof for $4700. Of course our roof was bigger than that price covered so we had to pay more. However, the job went very well and I'm pleased with the results They needed to tear out an old cedar shingle roof that was covered by an old composition roof- it had to go. They showed up as scheduled, did the whole thing in a little more than one day, and cleaned up well. The staff was friendly, professional and nice to work with.

From start to finish Brad was always very responsive and fast to get back with me. He gave me dates & times that he would have certain items done and they were. They tore off the old roof and then re-decked the roof, put on new shingles. Cleaned up everything, the crew was great. Gutter crew came later and installed front and back gutters.

Brad Hughes met with us to determine what kind of roof we wanted. He said he would install it in June. We paid $1000 down. When June arrived, Brad was in regular contact as he and his crew worked around other jobs and the weather. He kept us informed along the way. The materials were delivered the day before and the crew was there the following day by 8am. They finished up around 5:30pm and we paid the remainder of the bill. The roof looks great and no leaks during the recent rain. Brad is very nice and friendly, and professional and the quality of the work is great. Also great clean up after.

Xtreme Xteriors replaced our roof and gutters due to hail damage. There were very professional and took care of every detail from day they came out to look at our roof to the last day when they finished installing the gutters. They examined our old roof to determine if there were leaks and if there was damage to the shingles and they assisted in contacting our insurance company. Xtreme Xteriors met with the appraiser from the insurance company to answer any questions he might have. Broud, the sales representative and my initial contact with Xtreme Xteriors, was very helpful in every step of the project and he was very responsive to my phone calls. Once we approved the project, Brad, the owner, met with us to go over the cost and what was going to be involved in the project. He took the time to answer all questions that we had and very responsive regarding my telephone calls. Broud and Brad were very good about letting us know what and when things were going to happen during the project and the jobs were started and completed when they said they would be. Once their crew completed the roof replacement they cleaned the area up very well and Andrew, a partner in their business, came out and performed a walk around to make sure everything was done correctly. The gutter installation went very well and was completed in one day. The crew cleaned up the area very well and all of the old gutter material was removed from the yard. I couldn't have been happier about having Xtreme Xterior replace my roof and gutters, I would highly recommend Xtreme Xteriors and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
