Description of Work: We put a bathroom in our basement, so they had to cut through the concrete to tie into the existing plumbing and run water lines for the sink and the shower. Everything went as planned. Very professional in his work and clean up.

+ -1 moreThey came out within two hours of my call. He called before he came, which I really appreciated. David used a small hand-held electric circular saw to cut off the old padlock. Then he put the new lock on the gate. He was very pleasant and appropriate. The whole job took about 10 minutes or less. His bid was the lowest of four. The others were $75, $60, and $55.
Description of Work: Lost the key to a fence gate's padlock. He cut off the old lock and put on the new one I provided.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate on replacing a kitchen faucet and waited 4 days for a response...after receiving it I called to schedule a time to have the work done and never received a return call. Work was not done, contractor never returned my call to schedule an appointment to get the installation done.
