They completed approximately 2/3 of the wall, and never completed the rest of the project. I repeatedly e-mailed and called them. Jason initially indicated he would be coming back out to finish the project, but never showed up. I requested that either the wall be finished or a portion of my payment be refunded. I attempted to contact him throughout 2011 with no responses. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The work was done in the hottest part of the summer (near 100 degrees) and was spread out over more than a week. Our old pavers were coming off the front steps and walk as the mortar broke up. The old pavers and the 2 iron railings were removed. New pavers were installed and set using polymeric sand, and the railings were re-installed. The results were mixed. The overall appearance from a distance is acceptable. Jason drilled into the underlying concrete to bolt the railings back on, which was good, but the final appearance leaves something to be desired - see photos. There was a whitish haze and sandy grit all over the pavers when the project was finished. There are also some areas that I think need more polymeric sand filled in. I scrubbed part of the area with vinegar and removed some of the haze. I asked Jason how to clean it off and he said that the haze would wash off in the rain. He said more than once that he would bring us some more sand and some cleaner. More than a month and considerable rainfall later, the haze has not washed off, nor has any sand or cleaner been provided.

I filled out online for an estimate and received a call within minutes. The owner came out the next morning and sent me an estimate that very day. After choosing the pavers I wanted to use the job was started within a week and completed within the next week. They were quick, inexpensive and very easy to work with. It was a pleasant experience and I am loving relaxing in my beautiful back yard thanks to them.
