IBEX Roofing & Exteriors

In 2023, I hired IBEX Roofing and Solar to replace my roof. The crew was professional and replaced the roof efficiently. Because of my satisfaction with the roof, I hired the company again for window replacements. Unfortunately, the window project was an extremely bad experience. The company took the job with good intentions. But rather than admit they were in over their heads and leave the job for someone more capable to tackle, the owner gave one excuse after another regarding delays and was constantly postponing dates. A year and half later when no windows materialized, I asked for the $21,500 deposit back. The owner has returned only a third of the deposit in three months. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. If you choose to go with this company, good luck. I hope your experience goes much better than mine.

John was amazing to work with. He came out and inspected the roof for damage and worked with my insurance to help me get my roof replaced. His crew was phenomenal, they showed up on time and did a beautiful job! I am more than happy with my new roof, my house looks great!

John and the IBEX crew are outstanding! He came out and gave a free inspection on our roof and performed some simple preventative maintenance. We are still working with our insurance to get our roof bought, but John has helped us tremendously, and I recommend him and his crew if you want to see how well your roof has handled the Midwest weather over the last few years.

Wow IBEX did a fabulous fast job. Matt came out and evaluated and quoted my business roof. the quote came back fast and at a great number. They started the roof when they said they would and got it finished fast. Left the work site clean and tidy. the workers were polite and hardworking. Matt was very professional and great at communicating with me. This was for my company Wood's Retail Liquor, 111 Walnut, Bonner Springs, KS 66043.
