Our 30 year old house looks brand new! Sam and crew were great to work with and handled our massive amounts of rot with great talent and professionalism! There were many weather obstacles but they were careful to paint when weather conditions were good. Great attention to detail! The cost was a deal considering the rot on the chimney and over probably 1/3 of the house. They will work hard and won’t be done until you are satisfied with everything.

The crew from Good Neighbor Services LLC was outstanding. I am very happy with the quality of the work they did and the manner in which they did it. They were on-time, completed the job within the estimated time-frame I was given, and at the price I was expecting -- no unexpected increases or over-runs. Crew was very kind and professional. Always communicated anything they were doing or if anything else was needed. Our experience with Good Neighbor Services couldn't have gone better! They were neat, polite, courteous, thorough, and always interested in making sure we were pleased with their work! Being a woman at home while they worked I can say I felt comfortable in their presence at all times. We have had them paint our home for several years and have always had exellent results.

My windows (small-pane) all needed glazing, and the trim on my brick home sorely needed scraped & painted, plus a gazebo. This also meant many window sills being replaced, plus hand rails on the gazebo ramp. I have never seen more conscientious, thorough, & painstaking workers than Sam King & his workers. It was a joy watching them bring my home literally back to life! The cost was well within my budget, & worth every dollar! I couldn't possibly be happier with the whole job!

Great! I have an old house. He went above and beyond, doing extra prep work and even replacing rotted wood, which was unexpected.

Was here everyday the weather cooperated, showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. Initial paint purchase estimate was excellent, only purchased more due to second coat on trim, as such, didn't have an excess amount of left over paint. Did some siding replacement work that was needed instead of just filling hole. Also, their work in guaranteed. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys. Price below does not include paint.

Extremely well. He was one of the neatest painters I have ever used. He was so kind and pleasant working around my 93 year year old mother who was present for all five days. His work ethics were awesome. He used TSP to wash down all the woodwork before painting and was always on time and cleaned up the work area each evening. These walls had not been painted for 20 years and his pricing was what I believed to be very affordable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. In fact l will be using him again in the near future. Very professional and also very respectful and just pleasant to have around.1500

Everything went smooth. It was very hot so half days, 4 and the were done and looks great!!!!!!

Excellent! The work was accomplished efficiently, expertly, without so much as a splinter of scarps left behind. The worker was most respectful of the property and the inhabitants.

Sam and his crew did an extraordinary job on our interior painting (multiple rooms and hallways). They patched and prepped the walls and painted perfectly. They were friendly and professional. We would hire them again and I would highly recommend them.

We had previously hired Sam in 2017 to paint the master bedroom after he had returned our call quickly, was pleasant and professional, and gave us the lowest bid (by far). He completed the job in one day and the work was excellent. When it came time to paint the house in 2018 we went with him again after he gave us an offer we couldn't refuse. The project took longer than expected but at no fault of his (repeated rains). He also agreed to do some minor repair work on our front steps and the exterior paint job was perfect. We would use Good Neighbor Services again without hesitation.

Extremely well. Sam was outstanding in keeping us informed during the entire process. He timely communicated regarding a weather delay of one day due to rain and let us know what time to expect the workers. Clayton, Riley, and Mike arrived as scheduled and were very capable and professional. Their work was top notch quality. I'd recommend their services to anyone needing painting services.

They were able to get more areas painted then they thought they could. Because of this, a few areas were not as precise as I would've preferred, but honestly I guess I'm happy that everything got painted. Even my time was up, they insisted on coming out and fixing all areas that weren't to my satisfaction. Definitely a company I would recommend and use again!

The painter was late, but the owner responded immediately when I texted and even offered me monetary compensation for the painter not being on time. I didn't accept but appreciated the offer. The painter was polite, professional and did a good job. I would have rated quality an A but he didn't bring enough drop cloths and masking tape. Fortunately I had some extra sheets and a roll of masking tape, but not everything was covered and there were several places with small paint cast off on them that I've had to remove. I do still plan to use them for future painting needs though.
