I called late in the day and yet they still made my job a priority and were able to come out within the hour to look at my air conditioner and begin work to resolve it. Eric explained the issue to me in detail and had the necessary parts available to fix the problem right away. I was very pleased with my experience working with Alliance Heating & Cooling.

When our outside AC unit stopped, it ended up needing replaced. We got quotes from several companies, including replacing just the outside unit to the full system. Eric from Alliance gave 3 options and explained the pros/cons of each. Alliance was competitively priced, very professional, informative, used quality equipment & had financing too. During install, they were very complete with their service and testing, & even went above & beyond by improving ductwork, which I am sure others would not have. We are very happy, and would recommend them to friends.

I think they may have been a little over priced but he was able to fix my problem very promptly and he was courteous.
