AFFORDABLE MUDJACKING

Excellent job. Explained what was going to be done and the preparations needed of the jobsite beforehand. Completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up the jobsite afterwards and showed me the work completed. I compared their estimate to others and it was very reasonable since others wanted to charge an exorbitant amount that was anywhere from 2-5 times the estimate I received from them for a basic mudjacking job that takes 1-2 hours. The pictures that are attached are 1 before and 1 after. The concrete is still wet from them literally just completing the work, but they were able to lift the steps all the way back up to their original position. Recommended.

The crew did an outstanding job. They were very professional and thorough. They raised our patio about 6 inches and it looks great. Driveway and sidewalk were raised, leveled and repairs made. Complete clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I had already spoken with several mudjacking companies when a friend of a friend suggested that I call Zack at Affordable Mudjacking. After meeting Zack when he came to look at my problem I decided to have his company do the work. I definitely made the right decision to have them do the work. Jake from Affordable Mudjacking fixed my driveway yesterday. He arrived on schedule, took the time to explain what he would do and answered all my questions. He was very professional, conscientious and careful as he did the work. You would think he was working on his own driveway. His clean up after he completed the work was very thorough, the only evidence that he had been there was my nice flat driveway.

The work was done very professionally and looks very good. Zack was extremely responsive, and the technician Jake kept us informed on every aspect of the operation. They had a motor breakdown (not unusual and it happens) and they had the part overnighted and back to finish the operation the next day. The weather was not the greatest, but Jake kept at it and finished very timely. I did not get other quotes...so can't speak to pricing. But they did work for my neighbor who was pleased and said they were the lower bidder on their project so just went with them on pure recommendation. While time will tell more on how well the foam injection works, at least on day 2 everything looks great. At this point will definitely use again.

Zach and his crew did a remarkable job of leveling out our sidewalk leading up to the house. Albert (crew leader) went above and beyond the repairs noted in the bid and mudjacked the holes showing in front of the sidewalk and underneath the front porch. The work was done on time and in a professional and courteous manner. We couldn't be happier with Zach's Company and would highly recommend them!!

We used the foam injection lifting. All the sinking sections were made level and we were able to drive on it the same day. They also provided some concrete patching beyond filling the holes which was appreciated.

The sidewalk had a number of issues to be corrected. Jake was able to make the necessary adjustments and it looks great. He was professional and worked on the job until he and I were satisfied with the outcome.

They were very quick with the estimate. Able to start the job earlier than planned to work around my schedule that suddenly changed. The contractor was professional and made sure the job site was clean when the job was finished. Can hardly tell where the holes were drilled for the project.

Zach and his crew did a great job. They raised the porch and even went beyond what was expected to make everything look really nice. The results were great.

It went well. The work was done to my satisfaction. However I don't know if they were aware they spilled some concrete in my neighbors yard.

In late July, Affordable Mudjacking made 4 repairs at my church. Jake and Danny started on time and did an excellent job. They made lifts from 1" to over 3" using poly foam. These guys really know what they are doing. Very professional. Left everything very clean. Amazing what they can do. Zach, the owner, did the estimate and the professionalism starts with him. They have a great team and you should check them out if you need any concrete raised. PS: Subsequent to this work there was some settling in a couple of areas. Jake returned last week and made some cosmetic fixes and will return to re-lift if necessary. They are very focused on doing good work and providing great customer service.

Affordable Mudjacking was very responsive and competitively priced. They had to contend with lots of rain and they kept us informed of any delays. We paid only when every task had been completed which we appreciated. We have an aggregate driveway which made it more difficult to finesse the mudjacking and fill in the holes that had to be drilled. They did a great job. Our driveway and stoop are in good shape again and the ledge which had been patched before and was in bad shape is in good repair. It was a challenge to find such a reliable source to do all the repairs we wanted. Thank you Affordable Mudjacking.

It was good. They got here by the time they were supposed to. They were done by noon. Six or seven people came to do the work. I'd refer them.

They did a good job. I would give them all A's. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The workers were competent, courteous, and professional.

This was the second time I had my driveway mudjacked. The first time was done by another company. The second time by Affordable Mudjacking and it was a much better experience. Their price was in line with other estimates I received. Not the highest and not the lowest but I felt most comfortable with Tom when he came out for the estimate. Jake performed the work and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

On 11/03/13 we received a written estimate from the owner Tom Donahoe within a week of requesting it. We paid $100 deposit. Since we had a mild winter and no hard freeze yet, the crew was able to perform the work on 12/18/13. The crew lead (Jake) was very friendly, explained what he was going to do, listened to my comments, and answered my questions. He also commented that they pumped a lot more mud under the driveway than he thought possible so we fixed it in time, before the concrete cracked beyond repair. They were out there working for quite a awhile. The round holes were filled with a different color material so the places are visible. (But we were told it would be like this). Both Tom & Jake told us there would be some settling. The walkway has settle about 1/4" but it's so much better than the 3" drop we had before they did the work. Affordable's work gave us about 10 more years of life in our driveway. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend their work highly

I got their name on Angie's List. They did a good job and I was happy with them. They seemed honest and I liked dealing with them.
