The contractor was unreliable undependable, provided no value whatsoever. The sprinkler system worked only briefly. He installed a sprinkler system. He did not pull a permit, and my backflow was shut off by the city when they found out there was no permit. Then Shawn Mercier said I should learn to use my system when I called for help and refused to come out.

Joey actually arrived a little early. He got the irrigation system winterized. He was able to get the work done within 24 hours of our first call. Thank you to A Perfect Lawn for getting our sprinkler system ready for the cold weather!

Timely and inexpensive

Very nice company listen to our concerns and questions did very little damage to the yard only what was expected went over everything very well even came back two days later to go over things with my Husband since he was not here when was finished great guy couldnâ t be more happy with the company we chose we have told others already about them when they see minimal damage done to our yard just very very pleased so happy to have the sprinkler system in its awesome !!!!

They stayed on schedule and finished the install and training of the system to me in 3 days.

Shawn was the first to call and was upfront with the pricing per zone. We set up a meet and greet at my home...walked the property and I hired him on the spot. Everything from the proposal to timeline to the actual installation was very quick. Shawn and his crew were very careful with the lawn and the cuts they had to make! I would definitely refer this company to friends and family.

Shawn and Joey delivered everything they promised. Sprinkler system was installed without any issues. They repaired the lawn and left the property in great shape. System was installed when they said it would be and within the length of time promised. I am looking forward to an ongoing relationship with them, i.e. winterizing, repairs etc.

Sean did a great job. His prices were competitive and he got the job done quickly. He’s also very helpful explaining how everything works, and came back out a few times to calibrate the system. I’d strongly recommend.

We had an appointment scheduled to have our sprinkler system winterized today. I scheduled this appointment weeks ago. We did not choose the time and arranged to leave work to make the appointment. Less than 2 hours before our appointment I got a call saying we needed to bump our appointment up two hours or reschedule for another day. The only reason the gentleman gave was they were done for the day and did not want to wait around to keep our appointment time that they chose. They also said they could bump me to another day... I am choosing to go elsewhere because whose to say if they would make it to the next appointment. I think it is completely ridiculous for a company to do this and will not be using their services.

I was building a home and had a time constraint for putting in the Sprinkler system and Shaun worked with me and provided me a great price.

Shawn and his team exceeded every single expectation. His prices were fair AND didn't include any surprises, his team arrived on time and completed the job within the quoted timeline, they didn't take excessive breaks, and installed a perfectly functioning and well placed 7 zone system. My system even required multiple painful bores and Shawn and team didn't complain once nor charge extra for the difficulty. As a person, Shawn seems incredibly humble and value driven - the type or person that works hard and values honesty. I couldn't give a stronger review to Shawn and A Perfect Lawn LLC.

This was a new installation in an existing home and Shawn and his team did exactly as he said they would. The job was done on time, on budget, and in a very professional manor. I would recommend A Perfect Lawn to anyone looking to have a system installed. It is nice to know that there are companies like this out there!

They came out to do the job on June 5,2020 all is well until on Aug 21,2020 one of my zones is not pumping out water. I asked for Perfect Lawns assistance they then said they will come and visit me on Aug 28 to check whats going on with the system. They never showed up on the given date nor a follow up call that they wont make it. I am getting worried as this is a new sprinkler system and its having issues already and they said I have a 2 year warranty. I seek assistance from Home Advisor as they were a no show on my last appointment. Perfect Lawn was then contacted by Home advisor and they agreed to visit and check my system at a later date. Perfect Lawn did not show up on September 5, 2020 on the promise date given to me and Home Advisor. Home Advisor followed up with me again after 10 days. I already got it repaired by a different sprinkler company. after multiple attempts for Perfect Lawn to make it right they are still a no show. I will not remove this review. I will not be threatened by you. I am keeping your voicemails and text. this could have all been avoided if you showed up or return my call the first time. honor your work and warranty

Shawn and his team were responsive; above all others. Hired him to add a zone and upon arrival, he discovered the zone already existed but had been shut off (recently purchased the home). He replaced a rotor and tested everything for me to make sure all is well. He showed up early, worked independently and ultimately did the right thing when others may not have. We settled on a price, which I gladly paid and will absolutely call him back for future needs. Overall a pleasant experience.
