+ 1 moreHe was reasonably priced, did quality work, and it's been working ever since. That's why I haven't called him back. He is good. I haven't had any problems. He acts like he wants to do the job. He does what he has to do.
Description of Work: Jeff Phillips Heating & A/C installed a new heat pump. He put in new duct work. He took the old out and put new in. He put a new heating element in the water heater. He checked the air conditioner and furnace and serviced it.
