Description of Work: air conditioning for a rental property. The firm was on site same day . A replacement AC was needed. On Monday, the business owner called me for replacement. The price was good and the repairs were good to go when the unit arrived. There have been no complaints from the tenant since then.

Description of Work: We replaced our outdated central air unit with a Bryant Heat Pump. The salesman came out and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. We had a few other bids, but felt that Precision was the right fit for us. The installers were very courteous and professional. After finishing the job, they cleaned up the yard and vacuumed the floor where they had worked. We offered to burn the boxes, but they insisted on taking them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

+ -1 moreOverall, the work was done well. The price was was better or close to the prices that I was quoted elsewhere. The unit was not exactly what I was told that I was going to get. I was told that I was going to get a Bryant but it was a Carrier. Even if the only difference is the label, it is not what I was told that I would be getting. That's a minor thing though because they are practically the same. The unit has worked great so far. The installers showed up early and did good work from what I can tell. The only issues that I have is that they did not clean up the work area. I picked up lots of cigarette buts out of my back yard and they smoked right by open windows.

+ -1 moreTwo technicians arrived at around 9:00 am, and began work immediately. They were very professional, and even re-ran a hot water heater wire that I had draped down over my non-working air return shaft. They replaced my old furnace with a new one, which was a little bit smaller. Instead of leaving the unsightly hole in my floor for me to deal with, they cut and placed a piece of flashing over it and tied it into the new unit. They left for lunch around 12:00 and were back at it before I even realized they'd gone. All-in-all the job took them probably 6 hours. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received, and would recommend them to ANYONE looking to get heating & cooling work done. ABOVE ALL ELSE: The price they quoted me was $350, $600 & $1000 cheaper than the other three companies I spoke with in this area! That alone is worth an A+ review in my book!

+ -1 moreEverything is finished and working very well. This company did an excellent job and I will use them whenever it is necessary. These people are really great in my opinion
Description of Work: From the first contact of this company, everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous. They have kept me informed of everything happening from the beginning. I'm having a full furnace and air conditioning system installed, because my house is old and never had a furnace or air in it before, they have had to construct even the duct work from scratch. I was afraid I would have to pay a lot more and had estimates for a lot more, so I feel I'm getting more than my moneys worth with this company. Even with the heat reaching into the upper 90s and triple digit heat index, these people work until they can't tolerate the heat in the attic where the system is being installed. God Bless them all for trying to get this finished for me in such a timely manner. Katherine Nelson
