glass repair
+ -1 moreThe window was not finished in the time slot promised. I dropped the window frame off andI was assured it would be ready the next day around mid day. It was not even started by the next day. Now it's the following day past noon and the window is still not ready. I was assured it would be ready by 12:30 and it's not. I was treated rudely when I called them and when I went in to see them. Over the phone I was told, "Hold on, I have a customer." Well What Am I????? When I went in at 11 this morning, the guy walked in back to check on it, came back out and didn't say a word to me, but sat at his computer. I asked what was the verdict and was told just a minute I have to check on something. Then I was told it was not ready yet, to go eat lunch or shop.
