+ 0 moreRoyal Contracting Solutions gave me good advice, they used Corning shingles with synthetic underlay material. They even painted the vents to match the shingles. They replaced the roof in about a day (a few hours more that a 12 hour day). They cleaned up every scrap of debris and nails. They did a flawless job and I could not ask for anything more.
Description of Work: My roof was damaged by hail. The insurance company sent an adjuster. I had heard of Royal Contracting Solutions in Pleasant Hill and they gave me an estimate. There are two companies with similar names. I included a photo of their yard sign to avoid any confusion. Their office number is: 816-535-7689

+ 3 moreAbsolutely FANTASTIC! After our initial phone conversation, Mark and his crew arrived right on time and we walked around the house as I explained the work that needed to be done. I was impressed that the crew was also along, to hear what needed to be done first hand. Later, Mark phoned with the estimate, which was very reasonable, then returned with a typed list of the work to be performed and the cost. The crew was respectful and hard working. I was especially impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and the quality of the work. The deck is rock solid. They used screws about everywhere, and added other hardware to help ensure the deck will last. I get the impression no job is too large or too small. A home run all around.
Description of Work: 1. Replace 4 ceiling fans 2. Replace 3 bathroom exhaust fans 3, Replace entry hallway light 4. Install railing for basement stairs 5. Replace screen on patio sliding glass door 6. Replace front storm door 7. Rebuild deck
