Asphalt shingle roof replacement

Legacy Roofing had called prior to coming to keep me posted of any changes and their arrival...they were very prompt. They assessed the leak and took pictures to show and discuss with my husband where and what was causing the leak. It was something very small, thank goodness, but they also included a walk through of our entire roof and provided us with our roof conditions and what to look for in the future. They fixed our leak on the spot within an hour and were very friendly and professional. I would definitely call them again if we have any future roof issues. Excellent work!!

They are replacing the roof today (3-29-18). Aaron Cotton has kept me posted as work started; materials were delivered yesterday morning. Crew arrived promptly this morning, they rolled out tarps to protect plants, a huge dumpster to collect old material, six men to remove/replace the roof. The roof should be finished by the time I get home from work today. Aaron Cotton is a true asset to Legacy Roofing, his knowledge of product and process along with willingness to answer any/all questions provided exceptional customer service. He definitely went above and beyond assisting me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Legacy did a GREAT job. After the job was done they made sure everything was cleaned up. It only took a day and a half to complete the job. Aaron Cotten is a Great contractor to do business with and if we needed him again we would hirer him again.

They were very efficient, They got it done and the price was good. They were very friendly and nice to work with.

Aaron responded immediately, came by and assessed the situation. He brought all the materials on his truck to clean and reseal all areas. He also did an assessment of the other aspects of my roof so we can be prepared for any future projects before any leaks occur. He was very good at explaining and was able to contact the office and give me immediate pricing.

Fine - they came on time, did what they said they would do & at the price promised. I'm having them do some other work for me this weekend!

They're very respectful and personable. They'er upfront on what they're going to do and what they need to do. Very timely and communicative with us. It felt like family working on our home. I was completely satisfied and would recommend them.

Aaron Cotton installed the roof and was amazing from start to finish. He went the extra mile to install new roofing and boards on the porch, as well. He did an excellent job! He is just wonderful. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.
