Procedure went smoothly. Workers were efficient.

A Mr. DiMaria was the representative was easy to work with. His appointment with me was on-time and very professional. He took many measurements and photo's to forward to the company owner so an accurate assessment could be made. Mr. Barrett the owner was on the job with his crew--all were very professional and on-time. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of their work. If we have any concrete work in the future--they are who we will call. Two thumbs up!

Our house is 90 years old and needed some work. John and his crew were AMAZING! We had this weird short step out of our back door that wasn't working for us, so he expanded it and it looks great. We also had this old coal room entry into our basement-it was a weird hole that our dogs loved digging into and kind of ruined the entire back patio- John filled it so it's now a nice BBQ area and the space isn't wasted anymore. They knew our budget and stuck to it. In fact, they went under budget and helped with one extra small hole that needed filling last minute. John was honest, direct, and got the job done quickly. He even offered advice for a few other weird problems we had around the house and we are so appreciative. We will definitely use him again! ***of note, we had a few other guys come by and everyone acted confused and had weird ideas and charged out the wazoo--John was the only one to handle our "weird" stuff like a pro!

Bid process was easy and price was in-line with the other bids we received. Service dates were easy to schedule. Work started and finished on-time. On demolition day, they protected the grass with plywood and carefully removed the surrounding landscaping bricks. Tear-out and framing was completed on the first day. Everything was poured and roped-off by the end of the second day. They even patched a couple of potholes in the driveway curb that the city kept filing in with asphalt. After a couple days of setting, the crew came back and removed the forms, re-set all the landscaping bricks, and filled all the gaps between the driveway and lawn with dirt. The finished work looks great and I would use All Concrete again.

It went very well. It was stamped and they used two different colors. It has the look of natural stone to a degree. They also did a sidewalk that looks very good. He put in a new driveway and sidewalk at my other house. He really knows what he is doing. I've referred him to other people.

A couple of owners before us tore out part of the driveway to install a fence. Instead of filling the fence side with concrete, they put in 2 cobblestone wides connected to the garage pad in the back of the house. The stones sank causing water and mud to get tracked into the garage. John's detailed proposal was what impressed me most. Even if I don't know half of what was in the written contract, it was all there to study and know why they do what they do. His price was the highest for our budget but from the other reviews it looks like quality of the job is not an issue.

I began messaging 4 companies August 29, 2014. I was told through the message board that it would be a 10 days or so to get ALL CONCRETE'S agent out.. ALL CONCRETE'S agent came out to photograph the project and thoroughly discuss my concerns. This was my fourth bid from Angie's List contractors. One of the things that was mentioned was the length of time they'd been in business. I was told that once I accepted the bid it would be several weeks and they would probably work my small job into the schedule. The main reason I chose ALL CONCRETE was the assessment of the problem and the thoroughness of the bid which had 10 specifics, like 1/2"rebar, REBAR ON 2' centers. It had 10 lines of those kind of stipulations.. Their price was actually $150 higher than one bid, $200 less than another. Right in the middle. As a woman, engaging a contractor solo, I usually have trouble pressing forward with my questions. With ALL CONCRETE I made sure to get all of my questions answered. I was able to photograph and check the project as the work was going forward. They welcomed the scrutiny. They actually extended the stoop making it somewhat wider, with rebar, to give the problem post a bigger perimeter of concrete and more rebar. I had been worried about the sidewalk that led up to the stoop. They completely replaced the first section of sidewalk tying it into the stoop and the adjacent sidewalk with rebar. They backfilled the edges, and sealed the job with 25% Acrylic Cure. They made suggestions on how to reroute the water from an adjacent downspout. Everything was left in good order. They poured on Halloween and finished around November 2. Approximately 2 months from my first message. We saw why the first stoop failed. I am certain I will never have trouble with this stoop again. I would definitely use ALL CONCRETE again. They really deliver. It is important for single women homeowners to feel confident about their ability to work with a contractor.

They were able to schedule us sooner than expected due to rainy weather. Ours was an indoor project, so it allowed his hard working and friendly team to keep working. John, the owner was on sight virtually the entire project. I liked that he is particular and made certain the job was done correctly. We didn't park on the new concrete for two days beyond the week we were asked to wait. The job looks great.

I received four estimates to replace my driveway and All Concrete was not quite the lowest but offered by far the best value. They Included in their price extra concrete depth and granite mix that the other bidders wanted large up charges for. The job went well and John, the owner, was responsive to all questions and concerns. John was also present during all critical stages of the work. The work took less than a week and each night the site was left in perfect condition. If it weren't for the traffic cones it was hard to tell work was being done. The finished product exceeded expectations and several neighbors have commented on how nice the the driveway looks.

We worked with Mr. Barrett the owner and received excellent information, advice, suggested improvements and a reasonable estimate ( I forgot to use my coupon...but this company earned every penny) The job went very well. Although the temperatures were extreme, the crew worked very hard.. The crew was courteous and seeing the owner out there working as hard as his employees was a true inspiration..you know the way successful businesses use to run. Pouring concrete and getting it to set properly is an art and these guys did terrific. Absolutely no mess was left behind. The only minor issue was how long it took to get the job done....but if a contractor is good and if the work is dependent on weather conditions there has to be a bit of flexibility. Moral of the story: If you want great concrete work at a very reasonable price call All Concrete today and prepare to be put on their vary full schedule....you will be happy you did. John was professional, very helpful and punctual.

He was one of the few contractors who would repair the driveway. He was prompt with his quote and was very dependable. I would highly recommend him. The repair work he did was great.

I contacted the owner, John, to replace my patio following the advice of a structural engineer I had hired because of settling and drainage issues with my house. Although I initially contacted John to discuss replacing my patio, he told me he could also handle my drainage issues. I also asked him about several other concrete issues I had including my driveway and garage floor. After our discussion, he emailed the following proposal: We propose to complete the following: Remove & haul off deck Price: $1000.00 Remove & install patio 19?x10?6? patio with curb on one side, 3 frost piers for new deck Price: $3450.00 Install 5 new downspout drains & one sump drain Price: $800.00 Install dirt around home Price: $1000.00 Reset fence & gate post Price: $300.00 Install A/C pad Price: $400.00 Homeowner to have A/C unit moved and replaced. Remove & replace 8?x12? in garage floor Price: $1700.00 John also stated that the patio would be pinned to the foundation. Two people told me this was a bad idea (both were trades workers, but not in concrete) so I researched and asked John about it. After determining that pinning the patio would not further harm my foundation, I asked him if it was better to remove the old deck before or after the patio was poured. He indicated it was better if the deck was removed first. I was still getting bids and once I had all my information and bids (about a week after our last communication) I emailed John and told him I would like to hire him, but I had another contractor doing the deck removal and wanted to wait on replacing my garage concrete. I also called John and left a message. When I didn't receive a response, I called and left another message. After over a week of waiting, I explained to the contractor who would be doing my deck that it appeared that my patio contractor had backed out. The deck contractor recommended another contractor who, it turns out, was able to resolve my drainage problem as well for much less than All Concrete had bid. I'm just perplexed as to what might have caused John to decide he didn't want to do the job without sharing that fact with me.

All work was done expertly with highest degree of professionalism. John and his crew are very punctual and hardworking. John also pays close attention to every detail of the project accepting only the best result. I was very satisfied with the outcome of the project and would not hesitate to highly recommend All Concrete to anyone.

I emailed him and asked if i could schedule something on an evening. He responded and asked if 6:15pm would be good. I said yes it would and gave him my address. 3 hours later he emailed me again (3 times) asking if 6:15 would be ok. Then a few minutes later he emailed me asking if 6:30 was ok. He then sent me another email stating he had a 6pm bid in PV and if 7pm would be ok. At that point I asked if he was having communication problems because he had already agreed on 6:15 earlier that day. I told him 6:30 would be alright. He said he was sorry and was having phone problems and that 6:30 would be cutting it close because he had a 6:00 bid with someone else nearby. I said it was ok if he was a little bit after. At 7:10pm I emailed him asking where he was. By 7:45pm I assumed he was not showing and wrote this review. Obviously if you cant even contact a potential customer or show up to the estimate I don't trust you to do my job.

John and his crew were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They incorporated all of our ideas and kept the project on track until we got exactly what we wanted. We were impressed with how thorough and meticulous John was and how diligent he and his crew were at devoting such strict attention to detail. They started on time, as promised, and kept us apprised every step of the way. John is very knowledgeable in his field and we would highly recommend All-Concrete, Inc. and would hire them again. Unlike the staff at other concrete companies I contacted, John answered his phone and responded to my questions and concerns. The crew came out when they promised and did a great job. Steps inside of the garage were removed before the job started and replaced upon completion at no extra charge. John was very professional and courteous. My only regret is that I forgot to turn in my Angie's List coupon! Thanks, All Concrete!

It went great. John was out here with the crew, and he personally handled the excavation with the bobcat. He was on site everyday to oversee the labor, and to be hands-on with his guys working. He accommodated my request of splitting the work into different days so that I could have a masonry perform contract work after excavation. I also appreciate the fact that he worked with his schedule to rush my project in order to get my house on the market in an expedited manner. The work went smoothly and professionally. Great attention was paid to detail and suggestions were offered to improve other areas related to the front of the house as well as drainage. Cleanup went well too. I appreciate a good cleanup job when I see one, especially after having a previous contractor leave a mess upon his job completion. All in all, the work was completed quickly, with flexibility to my schedule, and nonrelated free material (stones to create a border within mulched area) was even offered simply because he had it. I was happy with the unexpected helpfulness and above and beyond what one would expect from a concrete company

My experience with John and All Concrete was better than I could have hoped for. He quickly returned my call when inquiring about a quote and was at my house just hours later. He promptly sent the quote and then once we were ready to proceed, got us on the schedule ASAP. He explained what he was going to do and recommended the best plan for our backyard - something I appreciated since I am not up-to-speed on the best way to pour a patio. The days of the project went smoothly. John's crew was nice, respectful and left everything clean. The patio looks great. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help us with our backyard!

John and his crew did an excellent job! They were very professional and efficient. The works looks fantastic and is very sturdy. Their construction techniques are superb and it is made to last. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again on several projects. They are the best!

Owner and crew were professional and polite. They were here working early and worked very full days in order to finish our job before the date we needed it to be complete. The garage floor looks fantastic! I appreciated the extra effort they took to keep the work site as clean as possible (with children running around our home. ) Our experience with John and his company was surprisingly pleasant. I would recommend this company to any of my friend or family.

It was evident from the off that John and his men take pride in their work, they explained what they thought needed to be done and gave good reasons for each item. John came out the night before, dropped off some of his heavy equipment and again went over what was going to happen and when. The next morning, he and his crew were here bright and early and started in by jackhammering and removing our old patio and garage floor. The rest of the day was spent prepping for the pours the next 2 days. Day 2, they finished the prep work and the mixers arrived with the concrete for the new patio and garage floor. Their experience was on full display as they worked and finished the concrete. They stamped the patio and this was well worth the small additional fee, I highly recommend having your patio stamped, it gives it a stone like appearance. When they were finished with the new garage floor, I swear I could see my reflection in it. They moved and returned a large refrigerator, a disabled ramp and several other smaller items. Day 3, they poured the small strip of driveway just outside the garage, a new front step and patched the I beam hole in the foundation. They cleaned up their huge mess, which had to take a lot of time. A very pleasant experience. I enjoyed watching these professionals work and I highly recommend them without reservation. Many of my neighbors have commented on how nice it all turned out.

I had no idea what expertise or amount of time was needed to produce an impeccable product. However, with careful observation, I quickly learned how important it was to have the bed level, grading and markings in place correctly. John is a working owner and totally "hands on". Things are done or re-done to his specs. He is on the job at all times. My husband and I thought we would need to supervise the job from beginning to end and cleared our schedule in order to do so. However, as it turned out, we could have gone about our daily business as usual. John was extremely careful with our yard even though we knew that with the amount of work we had done it would be impossible to watch out for everything. He spent a considerable amount of time showing us how to protect our investment in concrete and we are very grateful. He also had good ideas to improve on our ideas. We waited many years to afford this upgrade to our home and trust it will be well worth the wait. I heartily recommend John and his company to anyone investing in concrete. My neighbor gave me the information to join Angie's List because I was always asking him who he used for his specific repairs. We had a deadline to be completed by June 15th. He accomplished our goals and exceeded all of our expectations working with a contractor. His work is of an excellent level of quality. He is very professional in expediency, and taking the time to work with the customer. His pricing was quite competitive. We plan to use him for all our future concrete needs and would highly recommend anyone needing any concrete project done.

I ended up going with another contractor because my specs changed halfway through the bid gathering processes that required more than just concrete work. John was excellence to work with during the bidding process, though, and provided a very detailed and thorough proposal. Had I not gone another route with my project, All Concrete would have definitely got my business. The next time I'm looking to hire for concrete work, I'm going directly to them without hesitation.
