Description of Work: I called Mr. Torre at 8:30 am and told him our sump pump had quit working. He was here by 10am to find our crawl space full of 8-10 inches of water. Somehow, he managed to get all the water out and a new sump pump installed before 2 pm. He knew our area was due for lots of rain, plus we had a brand new furnace down there. He did say to keep an eye on our water heater as it was sitting in 2" of water at that end of the crawl space. We are very happy and more than satisfied customers. We haven't lived back in this area very long (I grew up in area but only back less than 5 years. I relied on information from my uncle to call this servicer.
