They really went above and beyond. They had to take the toilet off the base and grinding out all if the build up. For everything they did , their price was really reasonable.

Joel was prompt in returning our call. He has a pool, so he was familiar with the needs of both projects. The valve replacement was routine and was completed at the original bid price. The leaking pool jet plumbing was a much more difficult project. However, Joel did an excellent job of mentioning the possibilities we might find as he began to dig,. His first bid was reasonable, as was his revised bid after discovering the actual issue - a leaking pipe to the farthest pool jet (a surprise to us all). Joel did an excellent job of walking us through our options by phone and in person. He allowed us to save a few bucks by digging the remaining hole digging ourselves. We felt very comfortable allowing him to access the pool while we were not at home, and he finished the job promptly. We're extremely pleased - and ecstatic to have a working pool again.

I scheduled the service over the telephone. The first appointment didn't work out because a blizzard hit the town and the plumber wasn't able to make it. I called him back to reschedule, and he arrived punctually. The plumber was not able to do the work, because he couldn't turn off the water to the house, as it was being used by carpet cleaners. He was very friendly, professional, and not at all frustrated with me for having a conflicting contractor. He came back a few days later, and replaced the water valve. His work was neat, quick, and professional.

My floor drain was backing up in the basement. After trying a few things myself that didn't work I called Joel. It being Saturday I figured I'd have to wait a while. Joel told me that Mike could be here in a couple hours. Well almost two hours later Mike shows up and snakes my drain. He also replaced the cover to the clean out in the yard since it was broken. Sure it cost a little more for a Saturday call but at least I can do my laundry & dishes now, Thanks a lot Mike. I will be calling you if needed in the future.

They are excellent all the way around. In fact, I have scheduled some work for them.

My sons shower had developed a leak inside the wall and was dripping down into the storage room in the basement. It was only when the shower is turned on. I had started the repair work by cutting out a hole in my daughter?s bedroom closet wall to find the leak. I had found Joels business Spirit Plumbing through a friend of the family (the friends are in the plumbing business installing new construction only). They said they use Joel all the time for repairs, and that I could trust him to do the job correctly. Boy was they right! I felt so comfortable around him and trusted him that I even left him at my house alone while I went up the street to my bank to get money to pay him. When I called him about the leak, I had also asked about putting in a water pressure regulator. Over the phone he quoted me approximately $200. I told him it was no rush that my son could use another shower in the house until the repairs are made. He told me he would be out the next day. The next day he came to do the repairs he was on time and very professional. He explained to me what he was going to do to repair the leak. He also stated that he did not like the way it was originally done. He had removed the old leaking pipe. And put in new pipe and fittings correctly. He fully checked the repair and put the shower faucet back together sealing it. We then proceeded to go downstairs to where the main line comes into the house from the street though a concrete wall. The downstairs of my house is fully finished and the access panel the builder had installed in the wall to turn off the main water supply was tiny (less than 14?x14?) I had told him that we could cut a bigger hole to access the plumbing better. Which he responded with? Let me try before you go tearing into it and costing you more money to do a repair of the drywall. He was able to climb through the access hole and complete the work correctly and neatly. He told me how to adjust the pressure if I wanted more. Once all the work was completed. He began cleaning up everything. You would never have known he was there unless I had told you. As I had said he was very professional and knew what he was talking about. This made me very comfortable in my decision to use him for the repair. When it came time to pay for the service, he had wrote up a ticket for $180. I was so impressed that he saved me time and money in the repair. I went ahead and gave him the $200 he had originally quoted over the phone. He saved me at least that in repairing drywall downstairs. I will be happy to share his information with anyone looking for a great plumber. Joel will be my go to plumber from here on out.

He shows up when requested, always does good work and seems to change less than many. He is my plumber of choice.
