+ 0 moreThe workers were great, they arrived on time and worked hard all days in the summer heat. Thery discussed options with us as they worked and made adjustments after discussing with us. They also worked on several options to get the best water flow for the falls that satisfied them and us. Overall work experience was great and they turned and ugly, impossible area to maintain into a beautiful waterfall and well manicured, easy to maintain landscaping - we have received numerous positive comments from neighbors and other lake goers on the absolute beauty of the waterfalls and enhancement to our lake community. We highly recommend "Nature's Touch".
Description of Work: Completely cleaned off the bank (land area on edge of lake) by removing all wild plants, weeds, etc.; removed all rocks and as much dirt as possible to get down to the bare rock. All was done by hand because due to location and steepness could not get equipment on the bank. Then used stones to build contour for waterfalls and inserted pipes for water; next covered with rubber mating and new stone to create a main pool and 4 separate waterfalls. Added 3 under water pumps to pull water from the lake to suck up the water for the water falls. Also cleared another area down to bare stone, built a wall and backfilled for plants; and added 5 huge slabs for steps for easy access to the landscaping. All work was done by hand - manual labor during the heat of summer.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES. HE RETURNED A PHONE CALL BACK IN THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE STATING THAT HE WOULD COME BUT NEVER DID SHOW UP. WE LEFT A LETTER ASKING FOR THE JOB TO GET DONE AT HIS RESIDENCE AS WELL.
Description of Work: THEY WERE TO DO LANDSCAPING TASKS IN FRONT OF MY HOME AS I I WAS PREPARING THE AREA FOR A WEDDING. CONTACTED HIM IN FEB. AND STATED THE WEDDING WOULD BE IN JULY. HE CAME OUT AND WE SIGNED A CONTRACT TO DO THE JOB. WE PAID A $800 DEPOSIT BACK IN FEB. HE CAME AND TORE THINGS OUT OF THE YARD IN THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH AND HASN'T RETURNED SINCE.
