It went very well. The American Elm was large and required that the worker climb the tree. The cherry was much smaller but was draped over power lines. Because the stumps needed a different piece of machinery, they came back a week later to remove those. All of my communications with the company and the workers were pleasant and highly professional. I was very pleased with the service.

I called on Tuesday, left a message on answering machine, and John called back in less than an hour. I had done the online quote and told John I was fine with the price. They came out Thursday and removed the tree. Jason was very professional and easy to work with. They did the job quickly and efficiently and completely cleaned up the area. The only evidence they were here is that my tree is now gone. The online quote was exactly the price I paid. They have removed several "street trees" on my street (paid for by the city) and I have been very impressed with their work on those trees as well. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

After calling several companies and arranging for estimates, Timberline was the first to respond. Even though we were under a time constraint and we communicated that to them, they did not take advantage -- their bid was fair and reasonable compared to other companies. The workers came precisely as scheduled and completed the project very efficiently. We scheduled additional work with them and I will recommend them to anyone.

When my husband called to request an estimate, his call was returned and an estimate was provided in a very prompt manner. Once we were ready to move forward with the service, they let us know upfront it was a busy time and it would be a few weeks before they could get to us. We were fine with that, and were pleasantly surprised when they called us the following week to let us know they could come perform the service! We're very happy with the service we received. We specifically asked the service provider not to haul away the wood, so we could use it for firewood this winter. They did organize the wood into nice, clean piles for us.

The two man crew evaluated the task and very shortly went to it. EJ, the climber, looked as if he grew up in trees. When I mentioned this he responded that he had in a sense; his father and grandfather were in the same line of work. They kept up a line of communication throughout the job with EJ in the tree climbing and cutting while the other man handled ropes on the ground. The result being that each branch that dropped fell just where they planned. It was over in a couple of hours and when they were finished there was not a single leaf left in my yard. From cutting to clean up they were efficient, pleasant and professional.I would hire them again in a heart beat.

John, Tom and Ben came out to do a job that John quoted me on. They have an amazing web site that actually calculates your cost before you contact them. They showed up on time and did way more than I thought. They were very personable and explained every move they made before they did it. I found them to be professional and reasonable. I would recommend them 100% I know that I will need work done in the future and I will contact them to make it happen.

They were prompt and gave us a good quote. They came when they said they would and they did a good job.

I am hopefully going to have them out again. They were very punctual and gave us a quote right there on the spot. It was very professional looking. They are a very experienced arborist verses just a guy with a chain saw. They looked at a few of our trees and on of them was needing to come out. They took care of that and gave us some recommendations about some other trees. We are going to have them come back out and take care of another one for us. My experience was very good. They were not the cheapest but they certainly were very good.
