Description of Work: Schumer Bros did an excellent job replacing my Heat Pump AC system. Reasonable price, professional installation, neat and clean job, and it's been running well. When the compressor went out on the unit last year (surprise!)it was under warranty and they fixed it no charge, and were prompt and professional on the repair service, and all has been well since. I would highly recommend them to others. [Removed member information]

Repair person brought a faucet that contained the wrong sprayer.(someone had canabilized the package for another job) Spent about 30 minutes on the job and and we were billed for two hours. Company informed us that they would not install the correct sprayer until they had another job in our area. Seriously overcharged us and we ended up finishing the job ourselves rather than wait for weeks or months.

Plumber finished work in 35 minutes. Had the wrong sink sprayer in the faucet box. Said they would get the right sprayer. Sprayer came in, was not exactly the right one (mismatched) and we were billed for one hour and 3/4's for the 35 minute job. Receptionist was very rude. We also had to install the new sprayer ourselves as it was not convenient for the company to schedule the job in the near future. In fact, they would not commit to any date.
Description of Work: Plumber installed a new kitchen faucet and shut-off valves under the kitchen sink.
