We've got very good wood from them. Very polite and very professional. They went above and beyond. Their price is higher but they had a better product.

Dobbelare came through our neighborhood passing out leaflets and selling firewood off their truck. I called them and they agreed to come out the following week and deliver a face cord of wood (stacked) for $145.00. It was difficult penning down the day and I got frustrated over the difficulty of reaching them via phone. We finally got in touch with one another and scheduled the delivery. While they were stacking the wood, I questioned the way they were stacking it. They were stacking it in a way that cut the actual amount of wood in half while still taking up the same area. I told him that I expected them to stack it the normal way (the way we always see wood stacked). They refused. Needless to say the were out of wood in two weeks and I called them to once again complain about how they stacked the wood and our strong feelings that we were cheated out of half our face cord. They said they would stop by when they were in the neighborhood on Monday. They never did.
