The firewood was of very good quality, not dirty like it had been in a landfill. The reason that I say this is because the last two times that I ordered wood from other providers, it was filthy. Mr. Roy's wood was very clean and he was friendly. He was upset when I asked him to back into my garage to unload the wood. I have a 3-season room that I store the wood in and I use a wheelbarrow to move it from the garage door, through the house and into the 3-season room. He was not pleased with this idea and let me know many times. I have had wood delivered many times in the past years and he was the first to complain about this arrangement. The only other option would have been to carry it down the hill and around to the back of my house. This would have been extremely difficult. Other than that, it was fine.

We called Aaron about the job and he said he'd come out in the next couple of weeks to give us a bid. He came about two weeks later and gave us the price. He then did the work 1 week later. The tree removal required someone to climb the tree. One of the branches we wanted removed from another tree was also very tall and required a ladder. They cleaned up all the mess pretty thoroughly. We've hired Aaron for several tree removal and trimming projects, as well as fireplace wood, over the years and have always been happy. He's not very "polished" but we like that in a tree guy. He's just very straightforward and honest and has given us good advice.
