Great job of notification they are on their way and scheduling. They are very professional and do a really good job.

It was a couple of days before they contacted me to set up an appointment.

I bought a package from Angie's list for $99 to clean my gutters. They came by and said that since we had covers it would costs $50 extra which was fine. They did a good job I was happy with the results.

They came on the date they promised. No one was home that day. When I got home from work a lawn bag with gutter debris was left near my garage door. There was less debris than I had expected, but what was there wa pretty nasty. Glad to have that chore off my list for another year.

Kansas City doesn't have weekly yard waste pick up. It would be nice if the service included debris removal even at an additional cost. They offered but I had some other that I need to remove. I will use them again.

They were very responsive, came as early as possible given all the rain.

Owner Dave contacted me quickly by email to get contact details. He suggested no set appointment, as that would help them do as many jobs in one area as possible. Made sense to me; just warned him I'd need a little notice to make sure vehicles were moved. I didn't ask for a specific appointment, but I'm sure he would have done that if I'd asked. He called me about 4 days later when his crew was in the area. Two employees came. Bryce was in charge. Friendly, professional, they got right to it. Hard workers, explained things well, like how a shingle had fallen off our shake roof & was completely blocking one downspout. They had to deal with a wasp nest I'd missed - wasps try to build in that area every year - luckily only one wasp was hanging around it. They put the gutter muck into buckets & transferred it to a trash bag for me to put out for trash pickup. Everything was tidy when they left. There was a huge downpour today and I went out with an umbrella to admire the gutters working like they should. Job well done - would definitely use this company's services again!

Sometimes you learn more when there's an issue, and can find out how a problem is handled. On the first visit, one 2 story downspout was left clogged. I contacted Dave, the owner, and he and his crew came out the next afternoon, cleared the downspout, and rechecked all the gutters and downspouts. I would definitely trust this company in the future.

Purchased the "deal" for 175' of gutter cleaning. With all of the rains I became concerned about my gutters so purchased the deal and received an email message from Dave @ Nuvu asking for my preferred date/time. Once he told me that I did not need to be home, I told him to schedule at his convenience. Dave sent me a text when the guy was on his way. There was a small bag of debris on my sidewalk when I returned home. The next day I received an email with a review from the guy who did the work to tell me that there wasn't much to clean out of the gutters but 2 downspouts were clogged which was taken care of. Nuvu was easy to work with and I would call them again for any guttering concerns.

The company's owner David was quick to respond to schedule his service. Two young men (Bryce and Fernando) showed to clean my gutters. I was impressed with each of them. They were extremely polite, professional, and did a great job of cleaning my gutters as well as making sure everything was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this company for any of the services they provide. I will use this company again in the future. Lloyd

responded via text and e mail in a timely manner as to when they could clean the gutters. was really happy that I did not have to be at home for the job to be done. received text that they were in route to clean gutters. left 2 bags of gutter waste by steps (easy to take to curb on trash day) sent email and follow up email in regards to the job they performed. will use their service again.

Dave contacted me by text as soon as I expressed my interest in his services. I contacted him because of the good reviews he had on Angie's list. Last year another Angie's list service provider cleaned my gutters and left the mess all over my beds and lawn, and charged more for their services. Dave's communication was excellent and he was very accomodating with my schedule. All debris was placed neatly into two trash bags when they were finished. I will definitely call Nu Vu the next time that I need my gutters cleaned. Excellent service!

We had a clogged gutter and they were able to schedule the cleaning on the same day that we called. They showed up on time and did a great job at a reasonable price.

Did a great job Called them back after a rainstorm, told them there was "a problem" they came right out the next day, diagnosed the matter, gave me great advise on what I needed to do, without any hassle or charge. Will use them again and recommend them.
