Well. Knowing what I know now, I would have taken the NuVu man's suggestion to scrape certain windows. That would have made for a perfect outcome.

Gutters were cleaned out of all the accumulated leaves.

Services provided exactly as proposed. Father and son crew. Very nice. Had no qualms about their having unmonitored access to the entire house. Windows had not been washed for too long so there was a buildup of grimy film that required more than normal effort to clean. Windows shined like new when finished. E-mail coordination before and after was outstanding,

The experience was smooth sailing from start to finish. I purchased a deal on Angie's List for the gutter cleaning. Once the payment was processed, I immediately received email correspondence from Dave Christian. He explained the details clearly and asked specific questions on the length of the gutter system, height and whether, or not the gutters had covers; all to be sure the cost of the job. From my floor plans, I measured the gutters and I knew that once he came out, I would probably be charged a little extra for exceeding the 225 ft. limit. The initial job was $130 and an additional $30 for the overage. He was polite, and worked with my schedule. He was in constant contact on the details, price and his arrival date. The debris was bagged and the area was left clean. He was by far the MOST QUIET gutter cleaner I ever had. I'm sure my gutters are in better shape without someone dragging their ladder across them. I would highly recommend Dave Christian and NuVu.

Dave called and said he had an opening two days early and asked if he could come out. I agreed he was at our home in 15 mins and got right to work. During the cleaning he spotted a couple problem with the gutters and let me know about it. Very nice and friendly. Super professional will use him from now on and tell all my friends

This provider did not provide any service for me. I purchased my first ever Angie's list deal from this provider to clean my gutters and they asked me to select three suggested dates for the service, so I did. After two of the days had past, I sent a simple e-mail asking when they would be able to do the gutter cleaning since I had heard nothing (and I was new to this process). I received a pretty rude response back telling me in their exact words " I am unable to project the day I will be there, so it would be best for you to call someone who can."......so I have just did exactly that. I am getting a refund from Angie's list and they are working to find me someone else who actually wants my business. I do understand that they must be busy, and everyone has a bad day, but that was really not necessary.

Dave was very prompt in contacting me to set up the appointment and arrived with his son on time. They also washed the inside of the windows ( it was to cold to wash the outside) for an additional amount of $40. They did a good job of cleaning the blinds.

This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. They came out pretty close to the time I purchased it. They charged me a little more because I had a extra feet of gutter. They charged me another $114. It seems like there were some gutters that were too high that they would not clean. I think there was one or two that they did not get. They were very responsive. I suppose they could have done a little better job in cleaning all the gutters, not just some of them. The could have worked better on the price.

I appreciated the text message indicating they were on their way to clean the gutters. Once they arrived it was determined the gutters on a portion of the house were much higher than expected. We discussed the additional cost for the higher gutters and agreed on a price. Dave was very thorough in the gutter cleaning leaving the debris in plastic bags for us to discard. Glad to have the debris picked up.
