Description of Work: Cleaned out gutters and debris on roof at several corners. Because we have gutter screens, they charged extra, but only $25 which I thought was reasonable. My only complaint was he left the trash bag with all the gunk for us to dispose of. I am unsure if that was on purpose or accidental.

I think the customer has us confused with a different company. We did his window cleaning 16 months before this review. Here is what he wrote last in my follow up conversation with him back then ... "Hey [Member Name Removed] I know you're going to think this is crazy, but it's almost like the spots vanished over night. I think it must have been some weird anomaly with dust like you said and maybe the wind blew it off, because now we see only a few minor things here and there. Anyway, I think we are good! Thanks for your quick and client friendly response!"

Description of Work: |It was a set price but I had the coverings over part of my gutters so they did nothing with them. The kid jumps up on the low brick wall instead of using a ladder, the wall has numerous cracks and setting issues. For a 30 min job, one asks to use my restroom. I could not believe that.

I think we did an excellent job. Responsiveness: at a time when most companies were taking 2 weeks to get to jobs, we did this one within 4 days after purchase. We performed this service on a Saturday (which we don't normally work) and late in the evening, because we wanted to get it done before the next round of rain. The other customers we served that day seemed to really appreciate that. I know I appreciate my crew's willingness to work on their day off. Punctuality: we arrived right when I told her we would arrive. Quality: my crews have been thoroughly trained and performed at the usual high standard here. Professionalism: when there are obstacles such as overgrown bushes and trees, such as in this case, we have to find creative ways to get to the gutters. I wasn't aware that someone climbed on a cracked wall (I will talk with my associate to remind him not to do this). This wasn't mentioned to me by the customer even though I was on site, so I wasn't able to address it at the time. We probably should have skipped that potion of the gutters even though my crew places a high priority on getting to even the most difficult places. As far as asking to use the restroom, I tell my associates to try to wait, but sometimes you just have to go. I would certainly prefer a "no" response to the request rather than saying "yes" and then beating us up on a review. I am required by State Law to provide access to restrooms and taking a porta-potty to a site for a short project isn't practical and I don't think customers would appreciate it.

Description of Work: I selected a Big Deal for gutter-cleaning for a maximum of 175' of gutters. |Unending rain and a service orders backlog delayed cleaning my gutters for nearly two weeks. I give them high praise for staying in touch with me via e-mail and when they were finally able to get to my job, they were punctual and completed the job. The gunk cleaned from the gutters was carefully bagged in large, black trash bags but left for me to dispose, which cost me an additional fee with my trash service. I was disappointed they did not take the trash bags of gutter gunk with them, and I was disappointed the service did not include wiping the exterior of the gutters of stuck-on debris caused by the overflowing gutters. I expected the gutters to be cleaned both inside and out, but was informed by NuVu, cleaning off the exterior is an additional fee. Overall, I was satisfied but will probably choose a service provider closer to home next time. NuVu is in Belton and I am in KC North.

As a courtesy, my first communication to a customer who buys a gutter cleaning deal includes a reminder about the details, including the matter of gutter covers.

I contacted the customer directly after the job was completed, but he did not provide any feedback. I was concerned because he only wanted the outside of the windows cleaned even though the inide was extremely dirty. He waited a year before he wrote this review, thereby not giving me an opportunity to address his issue.

Description of Work: These guys clean windows and also chandeliers. Original date of service was to have been over two months ago, but with the weather here in the Mid-West both Mr Christianson and I agreed that the work needed to be put off till a decent warm and wind free day. Yesterday, his Team came by and did a very professional job. All 19 windows now sparkle, the sills are now spotless and we discovered that the glass in our entrance chandelier was not frosted as we had become to think.
