Description of Work: They said they would text when on the way --- and they did. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I inspected the gutters after they left and they did a satisfactory job. The two-man crew had neglected to bring a broom. Had I not been at home to lend them mine, they might...might...have left quite a mess behind. After all is said and done, I would hire NuVu again.

Response from NuVu, LLC.
The crew had a back up broom, it's just not as efficient so they asked to borrow the customer's broom. They could also have used a water hose to clean up. The bottom line is that they wouldn't have left a mess and they didn't. I have never before seen a rating based on a hypothetical.

Description of Work: Cleaned our gutters thoroughly and promptly. I was a little disappointed that they didn't wipe cobwebs off the fascia boards just below the gutters on the front of the house since they are very visible and it would just take a second. I'll ask about that upfront next time. Will definitely hire them again!

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters on my house and detached garage. They had it done in less than an hour. the one downspout was clogged because of a piece of flashing that was covering the hole from the gutter. They removed the flashing and cleaned out all leaf debris. No problems since. Will use them again in the late fall after all leaves have fallen off the trees.

Response from NuVu, LLC.
We responded to the customer's purchase notice within a few hours. At a time when most companies were taking 2 weeks to get to a job, we cleaned this customer's gutters 2 days after he confirmed his address. We showed up in the time frame that I told him. We always leave the bags of debris unless the customer wants to pay extra for removal. This is an industry standard. 90% of customers want us to leave the bags. If the customer had asked us to take the bag, it would have been an extra $10, leaving the total price about $60 less than the competition. This is an example of a customer not communicating during the follow up. We could have addressed these issues and misconceptions. When I followed up with the customer, he did not mention any issues.
