Best in KC for gutter cleaning

The windows, mirrors and light fixture were all cleaned to my satisfaction. The price was excellent through the Angie's List deal and are very reasonable for a yearly maintenance program.

Washed inside and outside of all out windows. Work with me to accommodate schedule. Very nice job and highly recommend.

The company contacted me quickly and we negotiated a convenient time for service. But until I asked specific questions, they did not mention additional charges. Then they told me there was an additional charge of $15 per storm window, and more for screens. At this point, we were not willing to incur the additional charges and with the current bad/cold weather and working full time, we didn't have time to consider taking down all of our storm windows for the work to be done as per the promotion. The company contact suggested we ask for a refund.

It took a while for them to get us scheduled, but they showed up and did a thorough job.

He also cleaned up quite a few birds nests around the house which was nice.

There was a small upcharge because they had to remove the gutter guard to get the job done.

Cleaned the gutters on the house. Most of the gutters were cleaned well; the high side may not have been cleaned completely (more debris than would be expected the next rain) - Overall very good but I wasn't home to monitor the work so I am going off the debris and the neighbor's report.

Friendly service- accommodated my schedule well. Did not realize there would be an up charge for removing gutter screens, although it was understandable. Quick service, pleased with the follow up.

I didn't receive a date of service until a couple of weeks after I had paid for the Angie's list deal. I was told one day in advance, which didn't give me much time to take off work. They arrived on time, and I could hear banging along one side of the house where they were working. Never heard any other noise, nor did I see/hear them around the back side of the house. They did not ring the doorbell to let me know they were finished with the job, so I'm not even sure if they completed it. I just didn't have a good feeling about the job being properly done.

He did a great job. Made some recommendations on gutter repairs that need to be made.

I had them come out on their $99 special. They at first wanted to come out on a Saturday because of the location of my house. Since I had a conflict with that date we arranged a new one effortlessly. Work was done with a two man team that took a little over an hour. They showed me the silt and a piece of roofing that had clogged the gutter over the garage (half an orange bucket full). I initially had them come out because I did not have a ladder that would reach. They did it faster than I could so I will seek them out when I need their service again.

It went very well and I was very satisfied. They came out like the 21st or 22nd of October and I only spent the amount the deal had specified. They were very pleasant, worked quickly and they left.

The service provided was okay. I wasn't too pleased. The thing I had an issue with was, I felt there was debris all around the ground, on my deck and on my furniture. Normally I think they would even move the deck furniture, even if they don't move it back I'd almost prefer that. I was kind of surprised by that. One thing that I did like is that they got back to me afterwards and gave me sort of a gutter system and it's overall shape and that's appreciated.

I recently purchased a home that hadn?t had the gutters cleaned in quite some time. I?d noticed during heavy rainstorms that water simply pours over the sides of the gutters instead of being drained properly. With so many trees around, there were also some hard-to-access gutter areas that were impacted with leaves. In anticipation of winter, I took advantage of an Angie?s List deal for a whole-house gutter cleaning from NuVu for $99. Dave from NuVu contacted me that evening via Angie?s List shortly after I purchased the deal. I gave him a brief synopsis of the work to be done, he had me choose three preferred dates for the cleaning to take place, and said they would do try to perform the work on one of those dates if possible. He said if his schedule got too full, and the service had to be pushed back, the price would still be honored . . . which is what happened, but I imagine NuVu got a lot of business from the Angie?s List deal! BUT, Dave was prompt (within hours) in communication when I checked in periodically on the anticipated work date: excellent communication. He also asked my preference on whether I wanted paper or plastic bags for the leaves collected. When the day arrived, it was a little before noon and Dave called me at work to say that they had just finished the house. They cleaned out a bunch of very old leaves and material from the gutters, and the whole two-story system was working perfectly. He said that they were about to start on the garage, but it would be an extra $50 to remove and reinstall the gutter guards, and he needed my permission to proceed. This was no problem and I fully expected it, as NuVu stated in the deal that gutter guard removal and reinstallation was extra. I gave Dave the go-ahead, and to work they went. I actually came home over lunch to let out the dog, and Dave and his crew were on the garage finishing up. Dog didn?t quite know what to make of the strange people on the roof, but I could tell that they were doing a great job. The house gutters were clear and I was pleased to see that NuVu also cleared small tree limbs and walnuts from the roofing as well. I ate lunch inside and hung out with dog while Dave and his crew cleaned up. They left no corner untouched, and used a leaf blower to clear the driveway of any debris generated by the cleaning. When it was all over, they stuffed three HUGE paper gardening bags with the contents of the gutters. Dave sent me an e-bill for the extra $50, which I mailed out to him shortly after the work was performed. We had a heavy rainstorm the night after the cleaning, just before Halloween, and it was refreshing to see ALL of the gutters pumping out water to the ground as they were designed, all night and all day. I was very pleased with the work and will use NuVu for gutters in the future.
