Mr. Bryce Simon was very professional and overall nice guy. He was sincere and did a great gutter cleaning job. He also showed the pieces of shingles and leaves obstructing the water flow from roof and spouts. Did a through job.

We purchased a "deal" on Angie's List on May 13, and by 10 a.m. on May 15, our gutters were clean! The young man who performed the work was courteous, friendly, and neat.

We used this company as part of a neighborhood discount package. Excellent service performed in a professional manner. We had a couple of extra windows that were outside of the discount price and additional charge was very fair. Would definitely use them again.

He texted me when he was on the way. He was on time. He was very efficient and speedy. He put the gutter refuse in my compost. He was very clean. It went great!

Purchased service through the Angie's List Deals online. Was contacted by Nuvu very quickly to schedule date/time for service. They were able to come out the next day. Employee of Nuvu showed up when scheduled, did a great & quick job cleaning the gutters, and was very polite. I would certainly use Nuvu again, and would reccommend them to others.

The experience was great, the work was done well, and we are enjoying the views. I made an inquiry call, Dave responded and was able to give me a ballpark estimate with the pictures I provided! They came out and got to work, we had 28+ windows/screens and windows on 3 levels. We didn't know the last time they were clean because we just moved-in. They have specials during the winter and we were willing to wait for a good weather day. We will be repeat customers.

It was fine. They cleaned about 30 windows and it took probably 2 hours to do the work. They didn't do some windows that I'd wanted them to do, since they were up high in an entry foyer. However, I didn't ask them ahead of time.

The service went fine. My husband primarily dealt with the technicians. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and they were very good with their cleanup afterwards. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

I called the owner on a Tuesday, his son was here on Friday. He stated to me that someone would be here on Friday, or they would reschedule. Employee quickly went to work. He took up a 5 gallon bucket, and my garden hose. He cleaned all my gutters and placed the debris in the bucket. I had a lot of gunk, so he had to go up and down the stairs a couple of times to dump the bucket. No mess was left behind, at the end he ran my garden hose to simulate rain to see any areas that he may have missed. He did a great job. My property is appx 950 square feet, and the gutters were filthy. I have four huge trees surrounding my property. I was amazed that it was only 140 dollars. He was up there about two and a half hours. Owner stated that he would email me an invoice, but since I was home I paid his son directly. Companies like NuVu are exactly the reason I purchased an Angie's List membership. I will be a customer for life.

We were not happy. We asked them to do things that they did not do. They said that they might have not understood and they would have charged us $40 more. I would recommend that you get what they are going to so in writing. They did a good job washing the windows. We asked them to clean the windows seals and they agreed. I later brought it up again and they said that it is time consuming and that they needed to charge more for that.

After rescheduling, which they were very accomodating,the gutters, which had not been cleaned out in a very long time were mucked out in a couple of hours. They left the refuse ,neatly , in a couple of big yellow bags which we just tossed in the recycling.

They were fine. They were responsive, professional, and timely.

Brought his kids that work with him. They cleaned most of the windows. Owner stated that children have worked with him for years. Owner and crew did a good job and were professional. Our windows drop in on the bottom. I was expecting to have the work done from the outside and the screens cleaned as well but they were cleaned from the inside. Was not expecting foot traffic in home but they did remove shoes when ask.

I purchased a Big Deal for window cleaning for $89.00. We had a few appointments scheduled that we had to cancel due to the bad weather. When the weather finally broke for them to come out, they did a beautiful job! They did a great job!! There was not a streak when they were done. Very nice people.

They did an excellent job of cleaning my windows and screens. Very professional and friendly. They were extremely communicative while trying to work around the weather conditions and getting the job scheduled. Will be calling them soon for additional work on my house.

The crew arrived about 30 minutes late, but once they arrived, the owner spoke to me directly about the cleaning package I had purchased. Because it involved a specified number of windows, I indicated exactly which windows I wanted cleaned (front side of the house and all second floor windows). The crew worked efficiently and completed the job satisfactorily. (I later noticed a couple of missed panes on one window; however, the owner also threw in two extra windows on the front side of the house so that there wouldn't be two dirty windows anong all the clean ones. That more than made up for the two missed panes.) I gave a B in responsiveness as it was a little hard to get the appointment scheduled, but I would use this company's services again.

It was just fine. We were satisfied with the service. They got the job done in about an hour. They sent 3 guys out to do the job. The scheduling worked out fine.

Dave and his son arrived promptly at noon as promised. Began work right away and spent about 3 hours. Dave took care to not track dirt into my house which I appreciated. All screens and storm windows were removed and replaced when finished. My windows look great. Dave and his son were very pleasant and professional. After this initial positive experience I plan to become a regular Nu Vu customer.

It was excellent. Inside and out, all of my windows look great and they were very meticulous. I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in about three hours. They were friendly and anxious to please.

It turned out very good and I'm very happy with it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. We had not used them before. They got here on time, they were punctual and they did a very good job. I really don't have any complaints and I was here the whole time they did it. They got here right when they said they would. Our windows were really dirty and they really did a nice job.
