About us

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make. Which is why finding the right home inspector is almost as important as finding the right home. Mspect is not a franchise business or part of a large conglomerate. The owner, Matt Miller, or his partner Luke Perkins conduct all of the home inspections themselves. Mspect is a locally-owned, home inspection company that employs only licensed and certified inspectors. We have no direct ties to any other businesses nor does our company perform repair work. Therefore, you get a completely honest and objective opinion about the condition of the home being inspected. You can also rest assured that the job is done right knowing that Mspect carries "Errors & Omissions" insurance on its company.

I unfortunately had to use Mspect twice in 2 weeks on 2 different houses. Fortunately, the first inspection helped us make the informed decision to walk away because of all of the issues the house had. The inspection reports are very thorough to help buyers make informed decisions regarding the conditions of the home. Matt was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend Mspect to anyone that is currently in the market for a new home.
Description of Work: Matt inspected the whole house, for termites and radon.
