Very polite, very efficient

I hired Sleep Easy to clean my vents and they did a good job other than they missed some vents.

I hired Sleep Easy to remove a huge, old cast iron insert. They came out on time, did the work promptly and quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and even capped my chimney. I would have given them a tip if there had been an option to. I would definitely recommend them again, as this was probably a tougher project than they anticipated and they did it at the promised price.

Chimney required rebuilding. Scheduling handled expertly. Work was done efficiently, cleanup was superb. All my questions were answered as work progressed. Excellent work, chimney looks as if it were original to the house and should last another 40 years. Very pleased with services and workmen.

They are going to install a gas insert for the fireplace. Everything so far has been excellent!

The workman came early and replaced the chimney cap and I sent the payment to them in the mail.

I had a chimney cap installed, furnace flue inspected/cleaned & ductwork cleaned. There was an issue at first with lateness with no phone call indicating why. Apparently, there was a mechanical problem with a machine they needed for my project. I did receive an apology. But, I was unable to wait past a certain time and had to reschedule. They were unable to get anyone out for another 5 days (counting the weekend) which caused me to reschedule an appointment. Once I got past all this, everything was great. Ethan & Brett were the two techs that took care of everything. They were informative, very thorough & were quite patient answering my many questions. The ductwork cleaning took several hours. I was speechless when I saw what they pulled out. (And a little grossed out actually) This is a fairly new area for Sleep Easy and I would definitely recommend this service from them. Pictures were taken before an area was cleaned. Another was taken afterwards. Day & night. It had been the Dust Bowl around my house. A huge difference now. They are in the process of setting up a web site for this service. I told them to feel free to use my before & after pictures. The only reason I am not giving fives all the way across is because of the snafu regarding the initial contact/no phone call, but beyond that this is a company I have no problems recommending.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgable, helpful. Sleep Easy cleaned and inspected my two chimneys, repaired cracks in the chimney crown, and advised of further problem and possible solutions.

Hired this co. to install 2 chimney caps. While performing this work they noticed the crown of the chimney was in poor condition. They suggested a sealant (30 year warranty) rather than replacement which would have been more expensive. The techs also inspected my gas log (which hadn't worked in years) and were able to quickly diagnose the problem (a faulty valve). They recommended that I call a plumber to fix the valve problem. The techs were very personable, knowledgeable, and quick. I will use this company again!

They were quickly on the job and performed the chimney cleaning and inspection as requested. Suggested a further step that would increase safety, which is underway but not yet completed.
