I had a water leak coming in through the fireplace Mike diagnosed and recommended replacing chase cover. Sleep Easy made and installed new one . Mike arrived when promised and when finished reviewed installation on digital pictures of what was done and finished product. I felt like he was very professional in his job and communication skills are great now I can really Sleep Easy. Thank you and I will recommend using your company to family and friends and neighbors

Chimney brick repaired. They replaced fewer bricks than I'd expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I found them to be honest and knowledgeable.

Michael came out to do an inspection on our chimney before we went to use it. I am so glad he did. He found that there had been a fire in the chimney flu and it could have been a major problem had we gone to use it before getting it inspected. He was very helpful to answer all our questions and helped us tremendously. Great job.

We were given options of how to deal with our situation that did not immediately cost us funds we didn't have to spend. We will definitely use them again.

Initially, the appointment and technician arrival went well. Installation of our Insert and liner went smoothly. But, the chimney cap they provided was the wrong size and they said they had to order one (2-3 days). 3 weeks later, still no cap. Also, did not install the provided embers that give the fireplace a natural glow, no bag of embers was found after they left. No working fireplace yet, almost spring.

The problem was with my first appt. Caleb came over to repair our fireplace damper that was staying 3/4 open continually bc of a bolt sticking out. It is a gas FP so we understand it needs to be slightly open at all times but it was too wide open 100% of the time. Well, he removed the bolt, and after he left it would not close at all, not even partially. So I called the company again and they sent out CJ today. He was here 10 seconds and closed it. Turns out l, all Caleb had to do was show me the little **tooth** that catches the edge and holds the flat damper closed. The rod has to be maneuvered to the right and the â toothâ catches. It was a simple education. They could have even told me this on the phone!! Ugh!

Our service tech, Michael was pleasant, thorough and kept things very tidy with tarps running from my front door to the mantle. He took away all debris from the job when finished.

Our specialist was an hour and a half late. He visually inspected the inside of our two fireplaces. When looking at our fragile natural stone fireplace he attempted to **shake** the stone to show us how strong it was (it is not) and a major piece of limestone fell off shattering on the floor. This was the first time a big piece of stone had fallen off and now I am afraid that the fireplace is going to topple over on us at any time. We paid $135 for him to look at our fireplaces. I thought I was hiring someone to clean them... no cleaning happened. He gave us a quote to rebuild our fireplace then suggested we hire a separate company to do the rebuild and call them back when it is time to insert the stove. I wish it were that easy to just hire someone else to do the stonework but I thought that is what I was contacting them to do?? I would not hire them again. I was upset that we paid $130 for basically an estimate when I can get an estimate for free from several other companies. We already had an inspection done on the house when we bought it last month. What we needed was a CLEANING and a quote on reworking the stone. At this time both of our fireplaces are still unusable.
