Inspected our chimney and didn't find any issues. Arrived on time and took the time to explain the inspection. I would hire these folks again!

We were disappointed that it was not upfront with the fee to come out and survey the issue. Then instead of what we were given as an estimate it was considerably highier. They did take off fifty of the initial charge but we felt the whole amount should have been taken off when we agreed to have the work done.

Brett called while on his way and we rescheduled for 15 minutes later than original and he arrived promptly. Brett was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the service he was performing, he explained the further service needed and why the next service was recommended in great detail. Brett explained the chimney style I had and further concerns. He went over the estimate and then emailed it to me. I will be hiring them for the repairs needed on my chimney and flue.

The company inspected our wood fireplace and found it needed insulation and a stainless steel lining. The company also sealed and replaced the chimney top. We were impressed with there work and they were very professional.

Bret replaced two 20 year old galvanized metal chimney chase covers that had rusted with new stainless steel. Also repaired/replaced screens and collars on both chimney caps. Very pleased with work and quality. Highly recommend.
