After the he looked at the chimney/fireplace, he said that there had been a fire in the flue and that it should be replaced. It is a small fireplace with a stainless steel flue and there was rust on it. They were very professional. I received an estimate of $6700. I am satisfied with the outcome. I really appreciate the service and will use their services again.

They called right away, scheduled an appointment and they showed up as scheduled. NIce young man come and did the job!!

Needed an inspection and that went really well. The after service support was somewhat odd. Received a call that I had underpaid, but that it was fine with them, and that I shouldn't complain. Seemed like an odd message to leave. But the inspection was otherwise perfect.

They haven't finished the job yet. They had to knock out some brick to get the chimney liner installed, and were supposed to replace them. They said they'd come back the next day, and didn't. Haven't heard a word out of them since. We haven't paid yet, and are hoping they won't try to not finish the job, but still want their money.
