This was the second time I hired Taylor Tuckpointing for a chimney repair. Once again, they did a great job, were very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. I really appreciate this company!

Charles and the crew were outstanding and responsive. We recently moved into a 100-year-old house and they took care of it as if it was there own home. The previous owner did not do any type of spot tuckpointing on one side and this where Taylor and the crew stepped in. Pointing out major spots that were tell-tell signs of structural integrity compromises. Dont know what to look for (I didn't) Charles whipped out the binoculars and showed me exactly how to examine what is looking at. He took care of main issues but after they left I notice that there were spots here and there that were taken care of! Talk about an awesome service! I see no reason to hire any one else and have already shared his information with a number of my neighbors. I can now spot problems areas and I know the best group in town to get it done!

Taylor did a wonderful job, both in terms of workmanship and responsiveness. They responded to my request within a day (unlike most other bricklayers), showed up on time when they said they would, and finished the job in a very conscientious manner. I needed brick and mortar replaced in my garage, and tuckpointing fixed around the exterior of my 100+ yr old house. Charles Taylor, his stepfather, and his uncle were fantastic. Professional, friendly, and sincerely looking to do a good job without majorly profiting off your pain. I was quoted a fair price (frankly an amazing price compared to what other, larger businesses wanted), the work was guaranteed for 10 yrs, and the results look wonderful. They took their work a step further by identifying areas that we didn't initially see and repairing those (after checking with me) for no additional cost. I couldn't be happier with the work and how I was personally treated. Highly recommend and will hire again for additional work needed in my interior.

Charlie the owner of the company came to bid my job and ended up finishing it up today. He and his partner Wayne did a fantastic job on my brick wall. They went the extra mile to get it done and they were not leaving until it was. They started at 3:30 and they were determined to finish the job today. I would highly recommend this company. Charles was prompt to review the job, detailed in taking a look at the project and took photos to help me understand what needed to be completed. He and his guys were very knowledgeable to the S. City area and the type of homes. As well I had mentioned I was having my gutters cleaned, he took photos that they were already clean, so saved me money on an additional service I was planning to pay for. We scheduled a date for the project to start, he and his team showed up, did a great job in a timely manner, full project was done in two days. They were very clean and professional, made sure that there was no mess left. I would highly recommend them and higher them again to complete work for me! Great guys and experienced.

I hired Taylor's Tuckpointing for a chimney repair and tuckpointing on the stone foundation of my circa 1900s Victorian home. Being the owner of a historic home has its ups and downs. The upside is that you feel like you are preserving a beautiful part of historic architecture. The downside is the endless need for home renovations, upkeep, and repair. Which means my home has been both a burden and a blessing over the last almost 20 years of my life since I took ownership of it. One of the things I almost always hate doing is the hiring process when it comes to finding contractors for all of my projects. And I can tell you that Taylor's Tuckpointing was one of the smoothest transactions I have experienced. From the initial bid, to the hiring, to the completion of the job, it was smooth sailing.
