Charles did a fine job. The job was scheduled quickly, and appears to be done well. He did a good clean up before he left. Price was as quoted, and Charles was very friendly.

Great responsiveness, work quality, and reasonable price.

We were very pleased with the work done. Charles came by between jobs to inspect our two chimneys and provided a quote immediately after discussing the options and his recommendation. He did not suggest relaying rows of bricks, which would have been much more expensive and was not necessary in his estimation. They grinded and tuckpointed the upper portions of two chimneys and repaired cracks and openings in both crowns. They used a small boon that still extended 25-30 feet high, which allowed them to do the work in one day. They arrived on time, tarped the areas, and cleaned off the roof and patio and yard areas when finished. He took before and after photos as well. Very professional throughout the project.

I am recently disabled and am not used to having work done on my home. Charles contacted me quickly and came out to review my project. He did a great job color matching my bricks and mortar. I felt the pricing was very fair and did not feel any pressure when he pointed out additional areas they could address.

Charles and his crew came out and gave me a more than fair and honest quote. All work to be done was explained and any questions I had were answered. Everything went fine: 1) we got a quick response to request for a bid, 2) the bid was more than reasonable in terms of price, 3) they started two days after we accepted the bid, 4) they did good work and were done by the early afternoon. Can't ask for more than that.

Charles was quick to schedule and complete the work we needed done on our chimney. He was straightforward during the bidding process. The work was completed in one day. Upon initial view, the tuckpointing lines are straight. When I noticed the morter lines were thicker, I discovered several bricks were sloppily damaged and unnecessarily cut into. I'm not sure what long term implications of this are but I'm uncomfortable with the whole situation. Will be happy to provide pictures if there is a spot to do so.

Super nice and friendly group of guys! Very prompt, arrived when they said they would! Fit us in same week of quote! Also did some work over and above quoted job, at no extra cost. And entire work area spotlessly cleaned when job was done. Couldn’t be happier with job!

Charles and his crew are reliable, consistent, and skilled. They showed up early everyday without fail and followed through until they gave 150%. I say 150% because they ended up doing more work than contracted at no additional cost, such as fixing some downspout issues, repairing a chipped step, and spot pointing my front limestone porch. Everyone in the crew was friendly and responsive. Overall, this was a great experience and I would call Charles back whenever there's a masonry issue. I would also recommend his work to others.

Very well, my house is up for sale and he was able to squeeze me in his schedule with in a couple of days. They repaired crown on chimney. They arrived on time, finished earlier than expected and did a great job cleaning up. They hosed off roof, cleaned gutters in that area and even sprayed off drive way. He also mentioned they do handyman jobs. Will definitely call him again.
