 + 1 moreOf the 3 contractors that came to give estimates, he by far was the most knowledgeable. Every time a question was asked, he was confident in answering the question. We felt the prices were fair for the work and that he always returned our calls in a timely manner. He was very honest in regards to re-modeling an old house vs. tearing down and starting from scratch. Would highly recommend him for your next project.

 + 1 moreThe job went well he did what we expected and the work was top notch. The only thing that could be done differently is that we had wanted him to cover up the books on the shelves before he did the dry wall and he didn't so we have to wipe them off. Not a big complaint over all is it? The room and bathroom are great and a wonderful addition to the house. The moving of the washer and dryer will save so many steps. He did a great job. He arrives early in the morning and leaves rather early in the day, to go get things for the next day on some days. His work was good, and he checked it for leaks and even called to check things out.
Description of Work: The back porch of the house was enclosed a few years ago and turned into a storage room. We were told it could be turned into a bedroom at some point. We decided to have a 1/2 bath added to that bedroom and have the walls added to enclose the bedroom as well as the storage shelves torn down. The house's electric meter was on the encolosed room as well so that had to be moved out of the house too. That was moved, walls put up and a bathroom constructed, a few shelves were then added at the end of the wall to complete that wall. The room was enclosed, and the contractor went above and beyond duty also putting in an additional dead bolt lock on the back door, having to enclose two windows into the house to complete the room. In addition to the construction he also moved the washer and dryer to the upstairs of the house. He did great quality work and even helped move the storage boxes out of the way to get started.
