+ 4 moreI called Umbrella Development to find out what it would cost to have someone look at my computer as it was having a printer problem. Within an hour a technician had called me back to confirm my appointment. Not only did the technician show up on time and explain everything in detail that was wrong; but, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. Although he spent well over two hours at my house he only charged me for the two hours that he had estimated it would take. Anthony and the Umbrella Development team did an amazing job and my computer runs as good as new! After it was all said and done Anthony also took the extra time to explain to me the other services Umbrella offered that he felt might be beneficial to me free of charge!
Description of Work: I had to have a new printer part and new parts my computer.
