They were very thorough and very responsive. I have not decided if I am going to go with them or not. They came when they said they would. They gave me a very detailed drawing so I knew exactly what their vision was and what they planned to do or proposed to do. It was very thorough.

The job was tougher than contractor expected. We had huge roots that were very difficult to remove before placing patio. The crew hung in there and did not complain. He sent more workers to expedite the process. The job is absolutely gorgeous. The sales guy was very knowledgeable as were the workers. Mr. Sansone came out almost daily to inspect the work. I was extremely impressed.

They are really good.

I was a little put out, that they wouldn't even consider coming out to do a job in my area, which could have been quite lucrative.

They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone. They completed their work in a timely fashion and were courteous and efficient. They were in the middle of the price range for the work that we were seeking. And, we would gladly use them again.

They do beautiful work! They were able to match the new brick with the old exactly - both in color and in lining up the mortar. There were a couple of days during the job time period where they were unable to send a crew, but Ron always notified me when this was going to be the case. They were working on the hottest days of this past summer so they didn't work real fast, but it was a fixed price, so that didn't matter. When I first called them about the work, they didn't want to work so far from Pacific, but after saying I saw them on Angie's List, they agreed. The planning/estimating phase went very smoothly. I asked them to rewrite the bid numerous times because I was making changes in the design. They changed that bid with no complaints. I couldn't be happier with the look of this remodel and its curb appeal. They're probably a little more expensive than some others, but I'm convinced it was worth the extra bit because of the quality of their work.

THE QUOTE I RECEIVED WAS 3X THE AMOUNT QUOTED BY OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY COULDN'T GUARANTEE THAT THEIR WORK WOULD FIX OUR PROBLEM.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD. THEY WERE PERFECTIONISTS. THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT, HELPED US WITH OUR FENCE CONTRACTOR, MADE THE PATIO BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECTLY DRAINED AND FUNCTIONING.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND.
