It didn't "go". The Service Manager, Kevin was to have been to our home on Thursday, July 2. When I booked the appointment, I was told that no specific time would be given because Kevin likes to keep his days flexible. Apparently, the customer has to accommodate the company. Finally, after waiting ALL day, I called and asked if he was going to be coming to our home as planned. I was put on hold for two to three minutes and then was told that Kevin "got stuck on a job". No one bothered to call me to tell me of this delay. Believing in giving people a second chance, I rescheduled Kevin for today but made it clear that it was to be a morning appointment. I suspected that he probably would be a "no show" but at least the entire day wouldn't be spent waiting for him. This company contacted me via Home Advisor. Little Giant Pool and Spa's response to my completed questionnaire on Home Advisor was immediate - which was impressive. However, that was short-lived. When a company cannot even show up for an appointment, it's a big fat red flag. Customer service is obviously not a strong point. The lack of good manners and professionalism to extend a brief phone call regarding a delay was blatant. It occurred not just once but twice. Why in the world would I hire a company to work on my pool if they can't even show up for an initial appointment Pete's sake? I could never in good conscience recommend this company.

They opened my pool on April of this year. I got billed for chemicals that they never added to my pool ever before. Since I did not watch anything, I couldn't prove anything. I just didn't feel comfortable with them. They did not close the pool for the fall and I am not going to use them again. I had some repair works to be done on the pool and I got a quote from them. They were way out of line. So I am looking out for another company.

First (but not last) the provider was a no call no show for the initial appointment to bid the job. After I contacted LGPS office to inform them that no one had shown up, they scheduled another time for him to come. When company representative (Keith?) did come to my home I was impressed with his field knowledge and his understanding of the scope of work. Big project, respectable estimation of time pool would be out of service, etc. He told my husband and I it would be about two weeks before the quote would be mailed. Unfortunately we never got that quote, even after substantial efforts to contact the company and having given them several chances (and additional weeks) to provide he quote. That in and of itself is another ridiculous series of unprofessional events. First, I contacted the office after I did not receive quote at the end of the initial two week period. LGPS said that due to current high volume of repairs for customers needing work performed immediately they were a bit behind. Then we waited another two weeks (one month later now) and contacted the office, they said they were "swamped" but would hopefully have the quote by the end of the week. No quote was received. After a total of six weeks and weekly check ins we still have nothing. This is a major project of 30k+ so obviously we want several bids to compare and analyze, and would assume that companies would want a job of this scale. Called them again on Monday and asked about the quote, same response. I told them that if they didn't have the bid to me by Friday then don't bother. Come Friday, still no quote so I called again ... and was then asked what my name and phone number was... Really? I have zero faith that a job of this scale can be performed in a timely or professional manner by LGPS. Avoid this company at all costs if the following things are important to you when choosing a contractor: reliability, professional courtesy, respect, timeliness, communication, and organization.

They were fantastic. They gave us good service at a good price. They're very reliable. They fix it at the quote.

Little Giant is awesome! All employees were professional, courteous and great to have around the house. The owner, Brad, is very knowledgeable, has been responsive to all questions and provides advice that is sound to all questions. He is also very good about communicating when weather causes delays and nimble enough to change up the work so that his guys can keep going in spite of the weather. We love our new pool and can't say enough good things about Little Giant. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

We've been their customer for years and it's always been great service. I think what they charged last was fine.

They originally built my swimming pool. I was happy with the service.

We have been happy with their service, they are great. We have not yet opened the pool yet. Their services are reasonable in comparison to other providers we have got.

During the sale Brad the owner didn't try to push a lot of up sells or additional products down our troats and talked out of some items he thought were bad ideas. His design and suggestions on the layout were great. Other than weather delays they were very timely. Brad the owner was on site regularly to monitor quality and progress of the work. After the installation was complete they promptly responded to any questions my wife had trying to operate the the equipment. Everyone was very helpfull and polite before the sale, during construction and after completion.

I have been using their services for about 5 years. Most of the time there are great, but sometimes they are not. For example, when they opened my pool this year, they were supposed to come back and repair a hose, but they never did. Most of the time, they do follow up with me. However, there are times, such as this, that they do not. They are a little more expensive than other companies, but they are able to show up and open or close the pool faster than others.

We have been using their services for 15 years. They do a good job, are honest, and don’t seem to do a lot of unnecessary work. We have always been happy with any type of work they have done.

They are the only pool company I have used and the work has turned out very well. I like the technicians who come out for the work. The owner, Kevin, has even come out himself and completed some work on my liner. I have been a customer of theirs for many years. I like them a lot and they are a real good company.

We have been using their services for about five years. They are very committed, cost effective, show up on time, and do good work. My husband really likes and trusts the regular technician’s opinion who works on the pool. The work has turned out very well.

Little Giant installed my neighbors pool and I guess is OK for them, but I expect a higher level of service than I experienced from them. For me, not the right fit.

They did very good quality work, but they left some concrete debris behind and I had just had the area re-sodded. The price was high and they charged my credit card for the balance a second time without asking me. The tech's very nice, but the inside staff people were a problem. I would use them to open the pool again, but not for any more large jobs.

LITTLE GIANT POOL AND SPA ANSWERED MY PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE SURE THE SPA WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND READY FOR ANOTHER SUMMER SEASON.
