+ -1 moreVendor initially inspected system while in neighborhood servicing another residence, at my request. He adjusted aerator pump, which was not functioning correctly due to debris accumulated on it, at that time. No cost for this service. Provider noted that tank was full and needed pumping, which is what I expected given that it had been 3-4 years since last pumping and 5 person family living in the house. I asked provider to contact the tenant in the home, to advise when he was coming back to pump tank. He waited until the yard was sufficiently dry for his truck to not cause damage to the grass, provided good communication throughout, and completed the requested service. I was very pleased with Jim Dunn and his company. I have used them in the past, he is a 'straight shooter' and will do what he says he will do. No drama with this company, reliable and they keep their word. He is responsive to phone calls and text messages, and provides clear answers. I recommend D&S Septic.
Description of Work: Adjust aerator motor (no charge during first visit) Pump septic tank (second visit, $285.00 for the pumping plus $189.00 for MSD Disposal fee, plus $35.00 for digging up the septic hatch which was 10" below ground.)
