Since they - husband and wife - are out of business, it's like beating a dead horse. Sloppy work, no oversight, constantly had to check to see what hadn't been done, wrong color paint, poor craftmenship and the list goes on. The husband has re-opened a handyman service here in the community.

We had Victoria Wells come out to give us an estimate on a number of repairs we needed around our house. It took several weeks to get them to show up. While she was here, one of the things I needed to have her look at was our rotting window sills. She walked around the house ripping out the rotting wood and saying the whole window would have to be replaced. I have had to go back in myself and repair those areas to prevent further wood rot from occurring while I am waiting to get the repairs done. I have also found out that the whole window does not have to be replaced as they are in good shape, just the sills need to be replaced and in some of the windows, just the outside trim. I assumed that since she caused so much damage while she was here that I would hear from them quickly so that I could get those areas repaired. I have not heard from them since she was here.
