Truitts Roofing LLC

Started off great, helped with insurance and thought we were getting a good quote for a quality roof that would last years (have now found out, not so much). Gave Dakoda a $8,000+ check as the down payment, communication fell off. At first it was excuse after excuse for why it wasn’t done, then radio silence. He keeps saying he only had a few lawsuits against him, but for most of us it would have cost more for us to file and fight him. We are already having to use our own money to get our roof fixed and don’t have more laying around to take him to court. He now claims on Facebook we’re getting our money back in the coming months but we haven’t heard anything from him. Until he makes it right with everyone I know, I will continue to make sure others know the despicable human he is.

A year ago I had my roof replaced by Truitt's and in the contract it states that decking would be replaced as needed and we talked about the seem where it was leaking in the kitchen and in the bed room and I was assured that the deck would be replaced now there is a soft spot over the bedroom and a leak in the kitchen. I had Mr.Truitt my home to look at in September and he told me it would be after October and into November before he could get any one out. Now he will not return my calls and I left a message that I report it to the bbb if he did not return my call and he has not done so. Bad quality work and verry bad service.
