Description of Work: Found & repaired leak in pool liner. Delay in work due to dry suit being repaired, but did not call me on first day suit was available. I was desperate since I was losing thousands of gallons of water per day & water bill was astronomical. As to work - excellent & very pleasant owner/repairman.

 + -1 moreThe service provider picked the time and day to meet me at my recently purchased home to look at my hot tub, which is not operating. I wanted to be there to learn about the hot tub. He said he would arrive from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., which meant that I had to be there at 8 a.m. After not hearing from him, I called at 8:50 a.m. and he said he would arrive in 15 minutes. After not hearing from him for another 35 minutes, I left because I had to be at work. I called his office and left a message indicating I no longer wish to do business with him.
Description of Work: He did not arrive close to the time he said he would and I had to contact him in order to find out what was happening..

 + -1 moreWe have a pretty large pool and he has always been very timely. His pricing is always very reasonable. He works hard and puts up with our two big dogs. He even let us borrow his powerwasher for a few days, which was above and beyond the services that we paid for.
