We are very happy with every aspect of the job, we have used them in the past and will continue to refer friends and family to them.

We were past due on a bill one time and they were very sympathetic with us and worked with us. Overall they're a great company. They do about everything for us. Description of Work: After experiencing a small emergency, I called Service One thinking I would have to wait a few days for assistance. Much to my surprise the young lady assured me their crew would come by that very afternoon. Even before the appointment, one of the repair guys called me and asked a few questions in hopes of helping me fix the problem. Jake and Jeremy arrived and were both friendly and very, very helpful.  + -1 moreHired this company to do some repairs. Seemed to do a good job, but one of the leaks they repaired continued to leak after they left. I called several times and left messages, they never answered me and just ignored my calls. I ended up having to hire another company to complete the work. Don't waste your time dealing with this company.
