I ve been very impressed with this company, so far. The project is still underway. I m having my main water service line repaired coming from the water meter at the street to inside the house. The cost is $2400.

I swear I did this rating before. They were fast, professional, and did a good job for less than others quoted. They were done before some other guys even called back for an estimate. Use Roto-Rooter and get the job done, skipping the headache.

The techs were really good and very nice.

Found out they charged twice as much as other licensed contractors. They did a terrible job of cleaning up the rocks and smoothing out the dirt. Would never recommend them.

The Technician that came to my house to give me my quote was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me and my budget to come up with the Best choice for my work to be done. The Technician who came and actually did the work was excellent to work with and his workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing issues !!!

He was great on repairing the sink, but when I asked about fixing my shower he said he would have to cut into the opposite wall to get to the pipes. My younger sister fixed it by tubing the problem and just changing the controller insert.

They texted me a picture of the tech who was coming to our house beforehand and gave us a small bio for him! Best customer service I have EVER experienced! Thank you roto-rooter!

Zach went above & beyond. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent work ethic. I would recommend Roto-Rooter because of this. Roto-Rooter charges more than some...but, Zach made it worth it.

Chad was very informative, he also answered all of our questions on how to make our water system better. We had another plumber come in before him that was not near as polite or knowledgeable as was Chad.
