Chad explained choices and answered my questions to help me make decisions. He and Chris installed a utility sink and a grab bar in a shower/tub, replaced a water heater and fixtures in two tubs and even helped reduce a water hammer from my washer. Nice to work with and made sure I was comfortable about everything. before leaving.

Serviceman was excellent and completed two other items besides replacing the water heater. Did have to return 24hrs later to tighten a valve, but was very responsive in doing so.
