Roto-Rooter

Brock excellent worker--knows the work to be do---Does such work in a very professional manner. Brock has excellent personally and very courteous. Due to Brock's work and his excellent attitude I will call Roto-Rooter anytime I need such work done in future and will recommend to my family and friends.

Not only did the tech, Ben Conner, install the water softner, he also corrected a couple of plumbing problems that he noticed. He did an excellent job, explained the operation of the softner and the new on/off valve that he installed. If you want Roto Rooter to do your work, ask for Ben. He gives excellent service for the money.

Ben was awesome, installed two toilets in my house and was in and out in about 1 1.5 hours tops. Very professional and through small talk Ben seemed like an all around good dude. I will definitely call Roto Rooter again if a plumbing event arises.

Unfortunately, during the flood there was no sump pumps to be found throughout the city. The company was the only one to have time to come over to pump out the basement, but I did pay basically $550 for a $120 pump that at least I kept when the water was removed.

I hired Roto to replace an old tub with a new tub/shower unit. Initial install went great, but realized the overflow seal was installed incorrectly. They were back the next day to make the repair. A week later, there was a serious leak on an installed pipe, and they were there reasonably quickly, and that repair went without incident. At the same time, they offered to return and redo a cosmetic item for free, so all is well. I have never experienced better customer service, and they will stop at nothing to ensure the customer is satisfied, and that the product meets expectations. I understand that not all (if any) things go perfectly the first time, but the gentlemen at Roto-Rooter did handle everything perfectly. Honest, professional, and qualified, I have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs quality work done.

Needed to find a water leak. Roto came and within 5 min. told me what the problem was. It was a water softner which they did not have to repair. It was very nice to have them come to help me find the problem. No charge for that service. Thank you.

Thanksgiving week end and an elderly lady we care for had a clogged toilet...We drove 30 minutes to her Apt. and tried to fix it but it still wasn't flushing correctly. I called Roto Rooter and they came out within a couple of hours and had the job done in short order. The plumber called me and told me there was no charge as it was a simple fix. ..Amazing service and I've found a plumbing company for life....

Efficient and timely.

The plumber was excellent friendly and competent. I had a blockage in my drain, it was grease, (bought a bank repo). plumber replaced a section of drain and cleaned out the line. All went well until two hours after he he left. Used a sink down stream from the original blocked portion of the drain. The sink was blocked. It appears the "roto-rooting of the grease blocked the sinks line into the drain. Called next day to report this and expected the 6 month warranty would cover the work because it worked before he did the work. It likely should have been checked also. Was told there would be a new charge. I do not believe that was right. I ended clearing it myself.

Very professional. They were here and completed the job in a short time. Was very pleased with the total experience.

There was a scheduling mistake made and my wife ended up waiting at home all afternoon for the plumber to show up. The next morning I was ready to call a different plumber as I was completely put out with the service (or lack thereof) that I had received. However, that morning, I received a phone call from someone at their office who confessed that he was the one that completely dropped the ball. He was very honest about his mistake and sincerely apologized. That means a lot to me. I truly felt like they appreciated me as a customer and really wanted my business. So, I gave them another chance. Yes, they made a mistake and caused us a lot of inconvenience. But as far as I am concerned, they did the right thing. Any business that is willing to admit its mistakes, and then bust their butts to make it right is OK in my book.

Fast and did good work

Dave is extremely knowledgeable and he appears to really love what he does. He gave us great advice in choosing a good tankless water heater that will last.
